They decorated the table with petals and candles, our waitress Chloe was AMAZING, she guided us through the menu, gave us great recommendations and was overall was such a delight. “This place is legit! Don’t be put off by the somewhat cold service— that’s usually a sign at Korean places that the food will speak for itself.

I had my favorite, the #3 Spicy Pork “Bulgogi”, and it didn’t disappoint. The complimentary banchan and kimchi were delicious, and interesting. The potato salad provided sweetness and creaminess to balance the mild spice of the pork. The white onions were close to raw, but with the sauce gave a great progression of crunchiness, then sweetness, then oniony heat.

The meal also came with a slice of watermelon for each of us, which was generous, since the 3 of us were sharing a single main dish.

I’ll definitely be coming back here the next time I’m in the RGV, even if I have to go out of my way.“
