Chick-fil-A in Richardson

“Can't go wrong with Chick-fil-a. Staff at this location have always been friendly. Only minor complaint is that during busy peak hours, like lunch, the drive through and parking lot get really backed up and can have a line of cars that lead out onto the street. This can make it difficult to get in line or even enter the lot to try and dine in, but otherwise no other complaints!“

“Almost all Chick-fil-A's are run very well but this one is run particularly well the owner operator is truly awesome. I don't care how long that line is if you get in it you won't be in it for very long. And when we do go in and eat inside it's always immaculate. They also do super fun things like kids Bingo which is a huge hit with my kid. Keep up the Great work! I think all the employees here should get a bonus especially the ones that work outside in the heat they all smile and are always happy. If you take care of your employees they will take care of your business.“

“Honestly, I’m not into fast food, unless it’s tacos ? but I kept hearing how good the new chicken pimento sandwich was. The hype is true!! Like all Chick-fil-As, this one is efficient (they can move the line with precision) and the team is friendly (can’t resist that “my pleasure”). But the sandwich—MAN!!! It is that good!! Perfect pimento cheese, jalapeños aren’t too hot, and the honey takes it to the next level!!!! It’s the perfect combination of flavors. I went for the grilled chicken; eldest child had the fried chicken. (And eldest doesn’t like pimento cheese or jalapeños, but they enjoyed this.) Both sandwiches were fantastic!!“

“Great place. Terrific service. Wonderful people. I wish people would stop defacing the dine in tables by removing the table medallions identifying the table numbers. Every time I come in, another table loses its medallion. It makes it very challenging to order from the app for dine in orders when you can't find the table number.“
