Chick-fil-A in Richardson

“I'm trying to eat healthy, but I'd just had a market salad a couple of days prior. Spicy sandwich w/o my usual (pepperjack). I forgot to ask for no salt on my waffle fries, so I gave them to my boys to fight over. I should have asked to sub a Kale Crunch salad for the fries, but we were running errands, and i needed portable food to eat on the go. It's consistently good so no complaints from us! I love their mac & cheese but didn't order it.“

“It’s chik-fil-a so the food is always pretty good. Their chicken sandwiches are pretty good but the fries are OK. Better with the sauce but definitely not the best fries at a fast food joint. Way to get to the drive through was a bit weird too. Staff was very friendly outside and inside.“

“We go to very few fast food places these days. The prices, customer service, etc... But one place we will continue to frequent is Chic Fil A. The food is always fresh, the prices are reasonable and the customer service is still the best out there.

Of all the Chic Fil A restaurants we have ever been to, the one at 603 S. Plano in Richardson is our favorite. Tina and her team stand out more than any fast food restaurant we have ever visited. Tina is always positive...always full of energy...and always has a kind word and a smile, no matter how busy they are or what time of day it is. We have never received bad service at her restaurant and our day picks up a every time we see she is at the restaurant!

Chic Fil A can be proud of their food, their values and the excellent customer service they offer. But the number one reason we go to this location is because of Tina! Thank you for a great experience every time we visit!“
