Cruz is the man! I’ve been here a few times, and I hate when I get the older lady to make my food. She doesn’t care, she’s got a bad attitude, and my sandwich is drenched in mayo. Cruz on the other hand, he takes his time, makes sure it’s all correct, and spreads everything out evenly and perfectly. Additionally when he’s not making food, he’s cleaning and making sure everything is good to go! If Cruz isn’t the manager here, HE NEEDS TO BE! Thanks my dude!
It’s hit or miss. When the younger gentleman is working the sandwiches and service is amazing! When it’s the older lady is there it’s extremely disappointing. It will be either 5 star experience or a 1 star experience. Straight up.

The Subway store next to Little Caesars on Main Street in Lewisville has made a comeback. The store is clean and has fresh ingredients. Calisha is top-notch in making a perfect sandwich, and she is so nice and accommodating. However, the service at this location has been inconsistent, and the veggies did not seem or taste fresh on one visit. Overall, the staff prepares the food pretty quickly, and the restaurant offers a variety of vegetarian and dietary options with ample parking and wheelchair accessibility.
