“Amazing Wendy's establishment. Very clean, staff was very friendly and attentive. The soda machines have all sorts of unique options from cream soda, sour power aid and aguas frescas like lemonade and pineapple. They definitely deserve more customers“

“This is my new favorite Wendy's location, since the one in Lake Highlands got remodeled (I used to go there a lot from 2019 to 2023). Also, the rude "manager" who shooed me out (happened last spring) before closing time, he's not here anymore. So good riddance to him!?

"Tall bald middle aged POC male was extremely rude. I thought the dining room closed at 10, so I stayed a little bit past 9. He came to me and said "hello, hey, hey! Dining room closes at 9. You gotta go!" While making a rude "shoo" gesture at me. He was even rude to a previous customer before me bc he gave her a sweet tea instead of unsweet.

“Frederico needs to be humbled and understand his attitude won't get him anywhere but another bad google review. He was so rude when we got to the window and immediately tried to park us after we paid to save his time. No one was behind us. We did not get a receipt, nor were we offered a receipt. When we finally got our food, we were met again with his attitude and smug face. Maybe some retraining and a different location will change his mood. This is a great location going down the drain because of his attitude. Please do better, Wendy's. I still gave 4 stars because the other ladies that work here are so friendly and polite.“
