McDonald's in Richmond

“I am so impressed by this McDonald's, the manager, Catellen (I hope I got her name right) was so attentive, I didn't even had to ask for a refill, she saw me and immediately ask if I needed a refill and preceded to get it for me, truly, I've never been at a McDonald's with such of good service, and they all had a smile, I will definitely drive the distance to come back here, thank you“

“What can I say? It’s McDonald’s. Barely food, but consistent.

The service at this location has always been good. There’s a young lady (can’t remember her name…) who is a manager that is taking care of business. No doubt she’ll be upper management in the future here or somewhere else. There’s a young man named Daniel who works the drive thru. He’s always a pleasure to see.

This is a modern style McD’s where there’s no much to the front counter. I like the setup. It’s a little less personal, but I prefer mobile ordering at McD’s anyway. Just wish I could get my own drink refill.

All in all, this is a good location if you’re looking for some nostalgic food like substances to give you that full feeling.“

“This location is very close to my home. I go here often for breakfast or quick nuggets. Food is always hot and fresh. Waiting in a long line I will still be in and out the drive thru under 5 mins. The drive thru attendants are friendly and attentive. One girl whose worked the drive thru for a long time Is always super friendly and nice with great customer service. I don't remember her name but she's tall and wears glasses. Good location.!!“

“Can get hectic but the staff are VERY VERY nice, polite, and conscientious. They can be slow because they can get short staffed-- totally understandable. Finally the fries are ALWAYS fresh. Honestly if you can put up with waiting a bit I'd choose this over the other nearby McDonald's!“

I’m not sure if she’s an assistant manager or the manager, but the woman leading the team today is *exactly* who you want in charge.

She made sure employees washed hands and changed gloves, greeted me warmly, and kept both the drive-thru and counter running smoothly.

Super efficient, fast service, and her attention to detail gave me confidence in the food quality — and she didn’t disappoint!

The wrap I had was perfectly packed, way better than what I’ve gotten at other places like McDonald’s. This location deserves recognition for its amazing management!“

“Okay once again I have to start out by saying of course this is McDonald's. So it is not the standard of Perry's steakhouse. However this is currently the best McDonald's around. It has two kiosks one of which will accept change You can just pay with a big handful of change and it'll tell you how much you have. This is a great feature. This McDonald's is offering a new level of customer service with an employee helping you with the kiosk even bringing me up to the counter to allow me to purchase separately a senior coffee since this is not in the kiosk. After getting food this employee will come to your table and see if everything is okay and if you need anything even providing refills for the coffee. I really don't think they could have done anything any better I couldn't find any flaws. (Yes I realize this review was written completely with the AARP crowd in mind! No worries! Gen Z is not reading this review!)“
