“The people who work here are great! I had to find a place to work for the day when my Internet went out, so I got to passively watch them work. They are very good at their job, very friendly and I saw them cleaning constantly. Very clean, will definitely come back some time for fun!“
“9/16/24: This was my first visit. I was greeted by Grace, and she was very friendly. I had a question about whole bean coffee and she took care of me. While I was waiting, I checked out the cup selection and bought a nice one. This location was very clean, and it wasn't very busy. I would definitely come back!“
“This is a fairly new location and I was quite impressed with the service and the friendliness of the staff. I recently placed a huge order on-line for a class that I was teaching. The mobile app came in handy for this and told me exactly when it would be ready for pick-up. I cannot tell you how impressed I was by the way the order was filled, by the way they had it packed up for transport and all the attention to detail adding all the other products that were needed (many additional). One staff member even helped me take things out to my car. All the staff were smiling and pleasant and I had a very positive experience here. Thanks to each and every one of you who helped with this huge order. My students LOVED it and your location will now be my number one go-to for Starbucks. Kudos!“
“I have been going here for years and lately for a few months now, every time I order a venti with no foam...I end up with the cup not being full and looks like the quantity of a grande and there is always foam. There are only 4 baristas there that make it with no foam and fill it up and shout out to them, they are so friendly and make us feel welcomed along with the cute little messages they write.
If I am paying 7 for a coffee then I expect my portion to be right and my venti to be a venti and not missing a third of the cup and can tell when I hold it too. I have spoken to the manager about it and yet it still keeps happening lately and very disappointed that I am and even when my son went there, are getting less then we paid for and that I ask for no foam and yet still have foam. Half the time I'm on my way to work so it makes it hard to say something or get it fixed when I am on a time limit to get to work. Overall the place is nice, friendly staff and clean and love the little messages. This has been one of the best locations I have been too and hope they can fix filling the cups up and reading the stickers all the way through.“
