“BEST store bought cookies ever made and they’re Huge!!! Great for parties and the taste is the most yummy frosted sugar cookie out there. New flavors weekly & I love the plain sugar cookie with the pink icing the very best. This Rockwall location bakes their cookies perfectly whereby the are soooo moist. I visited a Crumbl location in Dallas on Preston Road close to Beltline Road, but they over baked their dough & they were not soft rather dry instead. Hope the Manager of this Rockwall location keeps the cookies forever soft here!!!“

“So many scrumptious treats! Everything looked delicious and what I tried was very good. There are 2 tables one can sit at with friends and enjoy a pastry. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. Sophia's Country Bakery is an asset to our area and I hope the neighborhood will support them.“
