“We discovered Bajio a couple of months ago and has been our go to for Tex Mex ever since , at least once a week . The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The complementary chips, salsa and black bean dip are great . The food is always delicious and perfect temperature. The frozen margaritas are excellent! Great atmosphere. Stephanie is always fantastic !“

“Great place! The plating of the food was fantastic, as were its flavors! Relaxed, inviting atmosphere and gracious staff. Gorgeous interior. Total package. It's not always easy to make a "fancy" looking plate with tex-mex... Very nicely done.👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 Diverse menu but not TOO much to get lost your first time. We ordered a variety at our table and everything was done to perfection. Generous portion sizes. We'll be back again to try something new soon. ⭐🌮⭐🥩⭐🦐⭐🥗⭐“

“We had a baby celebration at Matt’s in Allen and it was a great experience! Communication with Ericka to schedule and plan the event was easy. The banquet room was perfect, allowing everyone to sit and eat or get up to walk around and visit. We chose the “Munchies Feast” buffet and it was plenty of food. Open tab for beer and margaritas. Our server, Luis, was fabulous- attentive and responsive. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, and our guests had a wonderful time! 👏🏻🎉🎊😀“

“If I could give 10 stars I would! Came in here on a whim visiting from California on a business trip. Food was fabulous but my cashier Nick (I believe he said his name was) is a SUPERSTAR!!!! Incredibly attentive to my needs, so kind and above and beyond! He deserves a raise and a promotion. Highly recommend this business!“

“I came to town for work. I was looking for something quick for lunch. I had no real expectations as tacos are tacos. I was absolutely wrong. The atmosphere was truly unique. The staff was super polite and the food truly took me by surprise. The flautas were cooked to perfection and the queso was so flavorful. I look forward to future trips here and trying other items on the menu.“

“Drove by this morning and decided to purchase some tacos. I ordered a steak/potato burrito and my daughter ordered the three taco platter. The customer service was 💯, the food the same. The wait time was minimal. It was a bit pricey but worth it. Great place for good food. Tell “The Boss” we enjoyed“

“First time was the best time, but then we went a second time and it was even better. Service was great. The food, Chefs Kiss👌🏼 Prices are great and well, we will be back for sure. I had the brisket nachos and Geez, they were amazing. Second time I got the chicken flautas plate. My husband loved it and the adult drinks, the pina colada on the rocks was delicious. Try them out and you’ll be back for more.“
