Ok ..but looked around and counted 8 (EIGHT) empty, clean tables. Thought, ok, waiting for buffet to catch up, but no, only 1 person was in line there. They seated some, so we went to sit on bench area, and began to really sweat. When asked if AC wasn't working was told, "It's just the building, cause it's so hot outside". okay, we left. won't pay those prices, to be hot, no matter how good the food is. We'll go back maybe in the fall, winter, when "the building" is more bearable.“

“We were lucky enough to get a table for 3 at 6:30 on a Saturday night. I believe our servers name was Rudy (sorry if that's not right). Anyways he was great explaining the menu, his favorites, and popular dishes. We went with the gargonzola fries and the apricot brie with pita. Loved the fries but wish the cheese was spread out more over the fries. Only half the fries were topped which led to half just being normal waffle fries. Great taste and idea but execution could be a little better. I did not care for the brie but I'm not a fan of that. The rest of the table loved it so I would have to day it was good. Lol. I had the poblano burger for my entree. They cook it well done so I was worried but it was juicy and tasted very good. It was actually better than I expected! It also was served with fries. Washed it all down with the German pilsner which was really good and refreshing as well. Service was top notch and the pace of the meal was perfect. I highly recommend this place and I look forward to going back to try other dishes.“

“Just left and will never go back. Ordered a burger and didn’t realize until I had eaten several bites that a large portion in the middle was totally raw. Not just undercooked a little - totally raw. I chose to not send it back as I had consumed some of it but saved it to show the waitress. When she told the manager, the manager blamed her ( the waitress). I then spoke to the manager and she would not listen and kept insisting it was the waitress who was responsible. She talked right over me, and was downright nasty.She admitted she didn’t bother to look at the burger. No customer service skills whatsoever. I was not asking for anything just explaining it was not the waitress’ fault that the kitchen didn’t cook the burger. The waitress was very concerned and apologized. She did an excellent job of customer service.“

“Cool new location. Bar area has a great look and vibe as the center attraction when you enter. We sat at the bar and after a creative and yummy appy of elk sausage and creamy jalapeño polenta, we stayed for dinner.

Good news: my husband had the carne asada and a spicy cheese enchilada. He said it was the best dish he’s ever had. Huge portion, it can be split.

Needs Improvement: we sent the appy back because it was not hot. They made it right but it’s an unfortunate first impression of food. Bar tender was very nice and immediately took care of it

They accommodated my request of no potatoes, extra veggies on my petite filet steak dinner but they basically threw extra veggies on the plate. Not a good look

Finally it’s very pricey. We are from California and expect high priced food when we eat out. (Unfortunately) We did not expect it in downtown Fort Worth.“

“Food is incredibly good. We had all appetizers and shared. Brisket potstickers, deviled eggs, and the chips and dip. Wow on all but those homemade chips were exceptional, even the leftover ones later. Service is amazing as well. Whole place was totally worth the valet parking (super hard to find free parking).

Parking: Parking is hard to find as very limited spaces on the street. Parking garages were not open. Not to say that others couldn't find parking but it is difficult“

“This establishment Now Closed, August 2024. My experience around the world, general knowledge terms across the board. It was Italian owned, with Italian Staff, clearly! Atmosphere was good not excellent! As intended by looking at it, being there. Set up didn't Hit the Mark. Waitress had to move us to another table because it was dirty not clean and then the table that we moved to was not clean. The second table as well had to be cleaned as stated and then it was left wet or damp should I say either way it should have not been that way. Now for a breakfast and/or strictly brunch establishment, back to the Italian thing, honestly one not knowing any better and I'm laughing at this but it's true, would say that it is "upscale". I'm going to tell you right now it is everything but "upscale". I would not dare think to try and categorize it as such! Lived in Germany for years been to Italy dozens of times. Way overpriced ridiculously I've had the same amount of food for half the price and it tasted a thousand times better for breakfast. Embarrassing to say for any Italian or about. Yes the waitress was Italian they were full-blown from across the pond, straight outta Italy. Glassware, coffee cups were even imported. This is North Texas We want breakfast not Italian let's try and feel miserably and turn it into cuisine breakfast in North Texas. It was not horrible, already been addressed here.
