“Just left and will never go back. Ordered a burger and didn’t realize until I had eaten several bites that a large portion in the middle was totally raw. Not just undercooked a little - totally raw. I chose to not send it back as I had consumed some of it but saved it to show the waitress. When she told the manager, the manager blamed her ( the waitress). I then spoke to the manager and she would not listen and kept insisting it was the waitress who was responsible. She talked right over me, and was downright nasty.She admitted she didn’t bother to look at the burger. No customer service skills whatsoever. I was not asking for anything just explaining it was not the waitress’ fault that the kitchen didn’t cook the burger. The waitress was very concerned and apologized. She did an excellent job of customer service.“

“Except when temperatures are high. Went by this morning, about 10:45. Walked in to people waiting everywhere and told 10 - 15 minutes wait. Ok ..but looked around and counted 8 (EIGHT) empty, clean tables. Thought, ok, waiting for buffet to catch up, but no, only 1 person was in line there. They seated some, so we went to sit on bench area, and began to really sweat. When asked if AC wasn't working was told, "It's just the building, cause it's so hot outside". okay, we left. won't pay those prices, to be hot, no matter how good the food is. We'll go back maybe in the fall, winter, when "the building" is more bearable.“

“We were lucky enough to get a table for 3 at 6:30 on a Saturday night. I believe our servers name was Rudy (sorry if that's not right). Anyways he was great explaining the menu, his favorites, and popular dishes. We went with the gargonzola fries and the apricot brie with pita. Loved the fries but wish the cheese was spread out more over the fries. Only half the fries were topped which led to half just being normal waffle fries. Great taste and idea but execution could be a little better. I did not care for the brie but I'm not a fan of that. The rest of the table loved it so I would have to day it was good. Lol. I had the poblano burger for my entree. They cook it well done so I was worried but it was juicy and tasted very good. It was actually better than I expected! It also was served with fries. Washed it all down with the German pilsner which was really good and refreshing as well. Service was top notch and the pace of the meal was perfect. I highly recommend this place and I look forward to going back to try other dishes.“

“I’m upset at myself for waiting so long to come here. Of course I’ve heard about it and it was on my list for so long and finally gave it a chance. It wasn’t too busy so that may have played a part in it but still, the food was AMAZING! They have very interesting options for all preferences. I had the brisket Benedicts and were really really good. My friend had the chicken and waffles and the chicken was extra crispy and was great too. Our waiter took his time and was very patient and helpful so that was very much appreciated. I cannot wait to come back and try other dishes in their menu. I totally recommend it and now I understand why they’re always busy.“

“Chapps Burgers had been on my radar for a while 'cause a few friends kept raving about it—so finally took the fam and gave it a shot. Gotta say, it did not disappoint. We all went with burgers even though I was seriously eyeing their cheese steak sandwich (next time for sure). The burgers were super juicy, cooked just right, and packed with flavor. You can really tell they use quality beef.

The toppings were fresh, buns were soft but held up, and the portions? Pretty generous. My kids were quiet the whole time, just busy eating—which honestly says a lot 😂. Service was friendly too, and the place had this chill, laid-back vibe that made it feel comfy and casual.

Only thing I’m kinda kicking myself about is not trying that cheese steak sandwich. I'm a bit of a cheesesteak snob, so next visit, that's gonna be the move. If it's anything like the burger, I’ve got high hopes.

“I went this Friday Feb 7th after work and it was much cleaner than I remember it to be. I guess new staff or new management. I have always liked the food here. It is really nice to see the cooks making the food in front of your face. Everyone I came in contact with that worked there was very nice. And the check out time was fast! Was late so staff was winding down but they were not on their A game and we were left on an island for awhile. Must have been busy as well as the floor was noticeably covered in debris and tables were sticky. Food was okay. Nothing amazing but none of it was bad. Just a little bland. Regardless, for the price it was solid. You can always add salt.“
