“We have only gone thru the drive-thru at 1400 N. Old Decatur Rd in Saginaw. Service has been professionally. Once at the speaker you are greeted immediately & either told they need a moment or ask for your order. I personally go for Pepsi Zero. Not many places have Pepsi Zero fountain drinks. Our food has been correct. We have had wings, shrimp, tenders, catfish, roasted chicken, green beans, mac-n-cheese, fries and desserts and it has all been good.“

“I just want to say I was extremely impressed by this Arby's staff. I pulled up to order with 20 mins to close and I was that guy that comes at the last minute ordered a bunch of food and I am always terrified what I am going to get when I do that. They didn't make me feel like I was was a problem and the food was good they got my order right the first time and Devon was awesome. Sorry if I misspelled your name. Lol, so I asked for a few more, and she hands me 2 😠 and she says, if you like more, you have to pay for extra, so I was just wondering i would say thank you, but I will use my ranch at home. “I had to make a Walmart run and it just made sense to grab a bite to eat here. Plus, I always live Charley’s at the mall so it was worth a try. I see the other reviews but I didn’t have any problems. I was greeted when I approached the register. The cashier double verified with me all the toppings I wanted on my Philly. They brought my food out to me (maybe 5-10 minutes later). My sandwich was smoking hot with the cheese nice and melted. The 4 stars is only because nothing just wowed me over the top. The food and service I received were solid. A much appreciated addition to Walmart.
