“This is the oldest restaurant in Haltom City. I remember visiting here back in 1990 when I was taking a course at Texas Wesleyan. The pho is excellent, and I believe the soup has a unique, delicious flavor that has stood the test of time. Although the service can be a bit slow, it’s worth the wait once you taste the pho. I always like to come back whenever I have the chance. I highly recommend trying the pho here!“

“What the pho?! This is really good! Front lady on Thursday at 7:30pm so sweet and nice..saw the boss sittin enjoying his cigarette in his car outside the restaurant minding his business but tending the business…I just knew it was going to be good. Saw the fishes in the fish tank looks well fed. I like this place“

“The bread used for the Banh Mi was to die for! You can even buy just the bread to take home. The pho tastes good too, nice amount of meat. We got the egg rolls to go, I thought they were a bit on the smaller side but good. I would be down to get them as a party tray.“

First of all, I’ve been a local foodie here in the DFW area for the past 20 years, eating at all the well-known Vietnamese restaurants. I normally don’t leave reviews (matter of fact - this is my first), but let me share with you an experience…
At Anh Long Kitchen today, the food was so good it disappeared before the server’s wrist fully extended to place it on the table. I’m pretty sure my chopsticks went into hyperdrive, moving like windshield wipers in a hurricane — broth splashing, no words spoken with the person sitting across the table, me with full adrenaline & pure focus. I don’t know what happened but I can conjecture that I blacked out somewhere between the first slurp and the second life-changing bite. Listen…I was not that hungry, but by the time I gained consciousness, I turned into a Victorian orphan seeing soup for the first time in three business years. You can guess it that the bowl of bún bò touched the table already empty—somewhere between the server leaving the kitchen and reaching my seat, I apparently entered a dissociative state and inhaled it like a shop vac with unresolved trauma.
Absolutely unreal! I’m coming back here every week to try the other items on the menu.“

“The food and service is always excellent. One of my favorite places for Pho. Their Fried Rice is second to none. My favorite item on the menu is the Pho Chicken Curry. Delicious!“

“A nice little local gem. If your tummy craves Asian, this is the place to go. Small, good service, and most important good food. I always order the shrimp with vegetables it never disappoints. Bring your cash as they don't take cards. I would point out they need to clean the condiments containers as they look less presentable.“

“Everything we tried was delicious. I was there with a group so I don’t know what all was ordered. Their egg rolls are so crispy and delicious. The shrimp paste with sugar cane was my favorite I loved grilling the meat and rolling your own spring rolls. It was a fun and delicious dinner. Highly recommend“

“Exceptional beef Pho, what better way to start your day! I just discovered this jewel of a restaurant on my way to Asian market and turned around to check it out. It's a little after 9am and they're open! Wow, was I pleased :) I recently discovered that in Vietnam Pho is considered by many to be a breakfast food. So you can imagine my joy at finding a Vietnamese restaurant open at 9am. I'm not sure when they open and I saw no posted hours.
I started with shrimp and pork fresh rolls served with peanut sauce, they were fresh and delicious. Then came the beef Pho. The first real test is to taste the broth before you consider adding anything. It was excellent, too good to add anything. They do have all the usual sauces on the table should you choose to customize yours.
I look forward to my next visit although I live out of town so I'm not sure when that will be. Also there is an Asian market in the same shopping center so I was able to check out a new store too and that's another story.“

“Came on a rainy day & the bum reiu and spring roll really hit the spot. Food came out quickly and service was really good. Owner came around a couple times just to make sure everyone was satisfied. Highly recommend! Great prices, great service.“
“BMV is one of my GO-TO restaurants when I want to treat myself. I have only ever ordered through Uber Eats, and am happy with my order every time. I highly recommend the Grilled Pork Vermicelli Salad- it’s like a spring roll in a bowl! Easily customizable, filling, and fresh every time. It’s the perfect summer meal. I also love the Cajun sweet potato fries and the potstickers. I plan to actually go in person sometime soon to try out some of their other offerings!“

“I haven’t stopped by in this place in over three years, just came by to treat myself to Lunch, Best $27 I’ve ever spent, Spring rolls were great with authentic peanut sauce, and The plate was a lot larger than expected! Seriously, worth my buck and I will be bringing my friends here Forever 🥂

“Sweetest owners and the best eggrolls! I usually go to another place on Belknap for eggrolls before I knew Viet Tofu was there. My usual place is closed on Wednesdays, and my son asked for some for a school theatre potluck. I went on Tuesday to make sure I could order ahead for pickup the next day, and bought a few from the ready to eat case to try. They are soooo good. My order was ready on time (I ended up buying more from the ready to eat case again) and my daughter got a few little sweet things that were delicious as well. The eggrolls are a hit with my son's theatre class and I can't wait to try more of what Viet Tofu has to offer.“

“Banh mi is rly good and so are prices esp if you do the buy 3 deal! Take it from me who is from Houston (full of great Viet restaurants and I grew up eating Banh mi) and I've come back here multiple times and my friends also like it! Service is what you'd expect at a Vietnamese restaurant so I wouldn't take it personally.
I was trying to find a place that did good meatball/xiu mai banh mis and this place did hit. I've also had their dac biet/combo which was also good.
They also do 1 liter bottles of sugar cane juice/nuoc mia and vietnamese iced coffee which I thought was cool. We had the sugar cane juice and it was really good!“
