“Chill-N Nitrogen Ice Cream in San Antonio is a fun spot with a cool concept. Watching them make the ice cream with liquid nitrogen is unique, and the texture comes out really smooth and creamy. They offer plenty of flavors and mix-ins, and the staff is friendly.

The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is the taste was a little lacking for me still good, but not as strong or rich as I expected. Overall, it’s a nice place to visit for a different kind of ice cream experience, and I’d go back to try more flavors.“

“Absolutely love this Baskin-Robbins on De Zavala! The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and the store is super clean and inviting. I had Mint Chocolate Chip and Gold Medal Ribbon in a fresh waffle cone — both were creamy, flavorful, and perfect. They’ve got a great variety of flavors, cakes, and seasonal treats. It’s my go-to spot for a sweet treat. Highly recommend this location!“

“We stopped by Baskin-Robbins a few weeks ago and were greeted by a lovely young lady who must be new I haven’t been at the store for months so she was a new face she had glasses and dark skin, and from the moment we walked in, she was so welcoming and kind. My kids can be a handful (especially when it comes to choosing ice cream!), but she handled everything with such patience and a genuine smile.

They were indecisive, and full of energy asking for samples, running around, and firing off question after question. But not once did she seem annoyed or rushed. In fact, she reassured me it was totally okay and even seemed to enjoy chatting with them. She gave them some great recommendations that they ended up loving!

It was such a breath of fresh air to see someone so cooperative, interactive, and kindhearted. It really brought a smile to my face and made our visit extra special. The service was absolutely beautiful. 💕“

“Great place!! Goto in the neighbourhood for some amazing ice-creams!! Recently had a great experience with the polite, helpful and very efficient Nolan who really helped me getting multiple gift cards and ice creams ready in a jiffy!! “Came in, meeting friends. Workers were busy helping others. We sat at the table, but it was quite dirty. After they were done helping other customers, I asked for something to clean the table. The worker I asked quickly came over to clean the table. He was very nice about it. Great customer service!“

“This has to be one of the best Baskin-Robbins in San Antonio. This Blanco location is a little bit out of my way from home but since I was in the neighborhood I took a chance. BOY AM I GLAD I DID. Besides the store being extremely clean and smelling good, the customer service was by far the BEST. We had a young gentleman that helped us, friendly, knowledgeable, and super sweet. We didn't get his name unfortunately, but we will definitely be back to this location. Thank You for giving great customer service in 2025.“

“We just left. There was a young man with glasses who helped us. I wish we had gotten his name but he was extremely tall! Well he deserves a raise! Super patient and polite with my children, husband and I. Thankyou mijo for being such a good person and nice with my special needs son. He doesnt speak much but he was able to tell you that you are a wonderful person and you were so humble and kind about it. Thankyou so much! Sometimes I get nervous about taking my son out in public because ppl tend to not understand, but you were just so kind! Thankyou! “Don’t listen to all the bad reviews. This place is actually pretty dang decent. The food always comes out fresh and hot. The ice cream always cold never melted the donuts are donuts. What do you expect but Monica and Xavier really make this place. Amazing.“

“I was help by Alexia there was other workers working very busy to the other worker started cleaning the lobby and wiping down counters as Alexia how she helped me. She asked if I would like to try any samples I said no thank you I would like a triple scoop bowl so we proceeded to the cash register. She asked me if I have points. I didn’t use them. But thank you for letting me know about the app. Also, I sound of the lobby and observed the workers. They all seem to work efficiently. There’s a woman there I guess was the manager they had like a team meeting. It was very nice to see that so as I sit back and watched, they all work together, cleaned organized, and stocked up the building. Awesome job guys. Thank you so much for your service I do recommend this place 100% your hard work goes unnoticed thank you all for what you do and keep up the good work“

“Only rating 5 stars because the young lady and young man tried really hard to assist me.However I was picking up an Uber eats order and most of the items weren't available. Then for the shakes/smoothies, the machine broke.2 young kids working late at night and out of products? This is an example of poor management, has nothing to do with the employees other than the management.I've worked at restaurants before and the management is in charge of restocking and keeping up with inventory. They don't have enough employees for the mass amounts of customers and definitely not enough product.“
