“Jackie was an absolute angel when I ordered it felt like a blessing. “Have a great day!” I swear I reverted to age 6 on the spot. My inner child did a backflip, healed his trauma, and started breakdancing. The food? It tasted like a mother’s hug wrapped in a warm blanket dipped in serotonin. I could’ve proposed right there next to the ketchup packets.“
“I wanted to recognize Sergion. This is my first visit to this location and I was very impressed with his exceptional customer service. He answered all my questions and made great recommendations. He was also the chef and made the best Asian Zing tenders, perfectly cooked, seasoned with the perfect amount of glaze and crisp. I hope Upper Management knows that they have a wonderful employee with Sergion and he is doing a fantastic job representing the company.

“Honestly, this is the best BWW location in San Antonio. I had an online order and Genesis is the one who really made the experience. She’s super friendly and made sure I was actually taken care of when I got there.
If you’re heading here, look for Genesis, she’s great and provides the best service I’ve had in a while!“
“I just want to give honorable mention, praise and appreciation to Analia my Bartender she was excellent not only did she tell me about the The Wing Special when you sign up with the App but provided great customer service, answered my question’s about the menu and wing flavors with honesty lol which I appreciate tremendously. She was very kind, courteous and professional and I will most definitely recommend this place to any of my friends and will definitely be back. Excellent service and the food was fantastic and fresh. “Wonderful experience today. Our server, Liseth & manager on duty, Gloria made our visit very memorable. The food was great, super fresh, light and very flavorful. Safe to say, Gloria & Liseth took great care of my wife & I. We will 100% recommend this location & it’s caring staff members. They seem to enjoy working alongside each other and Gloria displays great leadership abilities. Her subordinates seem to respect & admire her. Thank you again for everything!“
“We come here every Tuesday for the BOGO wing deal and always have a good experience. Our server, Jera, was awesome! She was super personable and we found out we’re both from the same state, which was really cool. I was bummed they were out of my favorite beer, but that obviously wasn’t her fault. She was really attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. The manager also stopped by our table to check on us and she was super nice. Great service all around. We’ll definitely be back next Tuesday!“
“Our wings came out nice and hot, service was amazing even due to the business. Had the sweetest little blonde server, I believe her name was Emma. She was amazing with our kids, and even sweeter to us. Had an amazing night even cracking jokes with her, she was such a light. Music was nice, and my husband had an amazing time drinking his beer watching some old games on the T.v’s!“
“Smelled funny as soon as you walk in (dirty mop water mixed with sweat). The table was sticky, the menus were sticky. After we were served we enjoyed our food, but will most likely never dine here again. Also the buffalo chicken wrap is good, but salty. The onion rings were also delicious.“
“Every time I go to live oak BWW now I have only been 6 times since they opened in live oak the food is so good even on takeout today burger hot tots crunchy frys hot and crispy the cheese curdes so good even the wife said how good the burger was thank you because I suggested it“

“Stopped by Buffalo Wild Wings To Go and had a great experience. The food was on point, and even without dine-in, the service really stood out. Their manager, Cassandra, went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled perfectly. You can tell she genuinely cares about the customer experience. Definitely one of the better takeout spots I’ve been to—will be coming back.“
