“This is our five or six time here. The employees are great at Potranco rd in San Antonio ! We came for dinner and Kristy was awesome. The food is fresh and flavor is consistent. I highly recommend this location and restaurant!! Five stars and give Kristy a raise she’s great! The staff was quick and always smiling!!!!! The parking has shaded areas to the side. This is a must have in San Antonio. Excellent team!!!!!!!!❤️🙏🏻“

“customer service is appalling and even more horrific that the person I dealt with the general manager . my experience started at the drive thru and she couldn't hear me . I tried 3 times to give her my order but no success. I decided instead to drive up and order at the window so the employee wouldn't go thru the trouble of figuring out my order . I was greated by an African American lady perhaps in her fifties or sixties and was extremely aggressive and condescending. she was upset I drove up to the window like if I just broken a rule . she began a shouting and making sure to tell me I was in the wrong place to order . I wasn't. she even told me she couldn't take my order at the window suggesting to go back to the intercom, unbelievable!! I order at this location before during my lunch breaks . I work for United states Postal Service and never I have been so embarrassed on a lunch break . I redirected her to take my order multiple times but she instead insisted to reprehend me. she was out there to humiliate me . she refuse to give me her customer service number and also brave enough to say her owner didn't have time for me . just to leave my number and maybe he would call me. I would never recommend to do business at this location or any location that an owner allows his management degrade a federal employee..“

He went above and beyond we ever expected.Georgie got to input his own oder... and the manager paid for mijos dinner and even dessert..even announced happy birthday me king over the p.a.. when we were done eating he brings a box out.i though he was gonne restock beverage counter.. but no he said" i have something for you" and pulls out a freddy shirt.and to many it may not mean anything but to me it does. What happened next almost made me cry Georgie says mom When i grow up im gonna do the same thing for a small kids like he did with me.. he made my day and made me happy. I wanna work here and do the same one day. And i know he may not work at freddys but those small gestures like this amazing man did something for my son today that will go with him for a life time. “Best burger (I got the 1604, double Pattie with Bacon) I’ve had in a LOOOONG time! I like a greasy burger (grease = flavor to me) and this didn’t disappoint. Burger is delicious!! Bacon was thick and cooked perfectly! Onion rings are great, taste home made (versus packaged frozen and fried), and mozzarella sticks are good (also look homemade, versus packaged frozen and fried). If people try their burgers, I expect to see a line out the door.“

“Debra made my sandwich and I was absolutely stunned by her service. When she was making my sandwich it felt like she could read my mind and she knew exactly what I wanted. I also wanted to get a cookie with my order but Debra was so sweet I would be pre-diabetic if I had taken any more sugar. She is singlehandedly keeping the store alive and I hope my kids grow up to be like her. If there were more people like her the world would be a better place.

“Thank you to the awesome staff at 5 Guys Westover Hills crew!!! We came in starving on 06/02 in the afternoon after a disappointing hour+ wait at another establishment a few shops over. We went to try something special in celebration of our daughter and her friend's accomplishments (5th grade graduation). We threw in the towel and walked down to be welcomed in by friendly faces, cold drinks & hot food within a matter of minutes! Our fries were over flowing and seasoned to perfection. The burgers were HOT with crisp bacon and lettuce. Our upset party including grumpy kids went straight into quiet from eating than laughing. We had over 50 families who all RAVED about how amazing the food was, they were able to accommodate all of us and even were able to give orders out for seconds. “during the snow storm I saw this dairy Queen open, with a line past and around the fred fish for like four hours straight and they knocked it all out every customer , them workers deserve a bonus of some sort ,they could of been home , with there families but chose to to be at work and provide a hot meal to ad many as possible“
