“I went to dine-in with my family, and it was a wonderful experience. We didn't have a reservation, yet we were seated without too much of a wait time. The food was delicious, the drinks were refreshing, and our server was very helpful & kind. Definitely a place I can see us revisiting in the near future!“

“(05/30/25) Eight of us met for dinner at the Pazzo Pastaria and were immediately greeted and seated by the very pleasant co-owner, Ginny. The ambiance is simple, cozy and (thank you), not noisy. The wait staff is excellent (shout out to Katie!); the menu is well organized and offers several out-of-the-ordinary Italian dishes. Don't fill up on the tasty breads and olive oil dip, because the food is delicious and the portions are generous. For a weekend meal, consider making reservations because the restaurant fills quickly. We were pleased with our dinner selections and no one left hungry! The overall experience was so good, we agreed the Pazzo Pastaria would be our new favorite restaurant. PS. “This is one of our favorite places to go. We were there this past weekend for our anniversary and the food did not disappoint! My wife had the Scaloppini Di Vitello while I had the Eggplant Parmesan. Both of our selections were very delicious! Great atmosphere and the service was great! Definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place to go for date night and great dining. We will be coming back!“

“Came here on a whim and discovered THE BEST Italian food I’ve ever had. We loved every single thing that we ordered. The service was great and it was so refreshing to see the staff get along and enjoy their jobs. They were so welcoming and almost even loving lol. It really felt like a little family. “Today we had an extraordinary experience thank to our server Gregory we mentioned to him that we were excited and celebrating life because our 4 year old went for her yearly MRI scans and came out NED. He went out of his way to put his team together to sing to our precious warrior with a delicious cake and candle, now she is 3 years NED. My search is finally over! although they don't have what I would order from Spaghetti Warehouse, they do have specials that are an amazing value, and a fantastic flavor! “Excellent food. You can't go wrong with shrimp paisano. We arrived a little before 3pm, so we were given the lunch menu. My husband wanted a steak which is on the dinner menu. Waitress said the grill isn't fired up until 4pm. So we waited until 4pm to order his steak. Other than that little quirk, everything else tasted great“

“LOVE the Philly Cheese steak sandwich! I think the chef had a wager with the waitress that he could over-stuff the sandwich with so much beef, onions, peppers, mushrooms, and cheese that the sandwich was threatening to split the bread in half! It was so FAT with ingredients that IF the bread exploded under the strain, one would need a garden trowel to shovel all the food into a to-go container!! The taste was out of this WORLD! I'm a big guy and a cop and even I could only manage to eat half of the sandwich in the restaurant and took the rest of it home, where it proudly served as my dinner that night, too!! May the Chef live forever!“

“I recently dined at Tre Tattoria with two friends, and the food itself was absolutely incredible. I ordered the gnocchi, we had the bolognese, and the other friend went with the smoked Gouda white truffle dish. We also shared the slow-roasted tomato caprese and the pulled-to-order mozzarella. Every single dish was rich, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. Truly some of the best Italian food I’ve had in San Antonio each plate felt intentional and indulgent. And let me tell you, as a New Jersey native, where Italian cuisine is one of the strongest in the east coast, Tre Tattoria is solid! I legit felt the emotions the team put into each and every single dish.

The only drawbacks were with the service experience. We had an 8:30 reservation but weren’t seated until 9:00, which threw off our plans a bit, especially since we arrived in time but had some difficulty finding the location. It would have been appreciated if the grace period was applied more flexibly. It does feel shoulder to shoulder inside but when you are with the people you love, those things can be easily ignored!

“I picked up to go salads and don’t understand why there is so much salad in a single serving container, compared to the tiny dressing cup they give you. Just makes sense to have less salad or give 2 dressing cups so we don’t have to ask for more or when we get home, realize there isn’t enough dressing. For the salad to be about $9 and to have 90% iceberg lettuce and hard white crunchy parts is frustrating. Also wish OG along with so many other restaurants would use recyclable containers. None of these of which are at the fault of the employees, just OG business practices. Staff were friendly when I went in to place the order. Don’t have much else to go on for the review so leaving 4 stars.“

“This place is absolutely amazing. We went here for our cousins 15th birthday. He came in from out of town and requested the best Shrimp fettuccini Alfredo and after weeks of research we found this place. From the moment we placed our first call until we actually went to the establishment and left, everything was beyond perfect. The service was amazing and the food was the best Italian food we've had in San Antonio (I've lived here for 15+years). “Every time we attend the annual TMEA convention, we make sure to make a stop at Luciano's during Saturday lunch before the concerts begin. This year we missed it as they were doing their remodeling. In previous years, we have enjoyed their calamari appetizer, the dipping bread, the margarita pizza & their specials. With them, you can never go wrong with their Limone dishes - whether it was their Fish or Fowl Items. The pasta , the veal & the steak dishes were yummy.“

The bigger problem was the Baked Ziti had very little sauce. I should've taken a picture, but I had to whip up sauce. There might have been an 1/8 of an inch of sauce on top. Not even tomato juice in the bottom of the pan. Not great for a birthday party.“

“When we travel we like to try restaurants that aren’t the same as everywhere else you go. Tonight we found a wonderful gem. We walked in and were greeted by Claudio like we were family. The warm welcoming feeling was perfect. The decor is exactly what comes to mind when I think of an Italian restaurant. The aroma made me instantly hungry. Claudio was very accommodating and offered great suggestions (he was spot on) when I said I couldn’t choose between spaghetti and meatballs or ravioli with meat or cheese. He recommended ravioli’s and added a meatball on top so I could try that as well. They brought us warm fresh baked bread and a lovely salad. Dewayne loved his lasagna and I loved my ravioli and the added meatball. All portions were more than generously sized. If you are ever in the area, we highly recommend stopping by and trying this restaurant out. You won’t regret it!!!“
