Been many times. Great food.
We frequently go to the SILO on 1604 for birthdays and anniversaries. Over recent years the quality of service and food has been remarkably excellent. Arriving early for our Sunday reservation, we spent time at the NONNA bar. Our bartender was Gabrielle. What a wonderful young lady. She made me the best “personalized” vodka martini I’ve had in years. Kudos to Gabrielle!

Guests highly recommend the pasta with bolognese sauce, Rucola pizza, Aragosta Ravioli, and the braised lamb shank. The squid ink pasta with lobster is a must-try, and the sea bass entree comes with generous accompaniments. The staff are courteous, inviting, and super attentive, making visitors feel like family. Service from Gabrielle is outstanding, and she also makes a wonderful Espresso Martini. The intimate and comfortable setting provides a wonderful experience, enhanced by a consummate professional service and scrumptious food. Guests have also praised the mozzarella cheese and tuna tartare appetizers, as well as the butternut squash ravioli, highlighting the prompt and knowledgeable service from the staff.
