“Not a bad little neighborhood bar, usually have good service on busy nights, outdoor seating for smoking, but not the best spot if you're looking for a quiet place to enjoy drinks with ppl - it's a bar with karaoke if you're into that.“

“A stellar service! The bartenders are super friendly, and the owner too! He got us a martini special on the house, it was a very nice gesture! It’s a small venue with a great bar and selection of drinks. The martinis are so flavorful and very reasonably priced. There is a $10 per person entrance fee when a live band plays. We stumbled upon this place by accident when Shakira concert was postponed and I’m glad we found it!!! A very nice spot with live music and great cocktails. A mostly mature crowd ranging from 40s-60s with a few younger folks, which makes it feel more peaceful and drama free.“

“I've been coming to MMD off and on for more years than I can remember! It's a great place to just kick back and be around some really great people I always have a good time when I go there! The owners are really friendly and helpful! I don't like their bar chairs though they are very uncomfortable really that's the only thing I don't like about this place, other than that it's perfect!! Oh and Hannah always puts a smile on my face!“

“I like this venue. Great design and just fun to walk through the lobby. Stage is smaller and venue is too so not a bad seat in the plaec but oppertunity to upgrade your seats. Have been here fro Ben Folds (Music) and Stand Up (Somebody Feed Phil) and each time it has been a good experience. They definately live up to their name, AZTEC.“

“We had a wonderful experience last night at Moon’s Daughters. The goat cheese appetizer and Dino rib entree were only outdone by the wonderful cocktails and service we got from Albert. Sitting outside on the patio was a great choice for the evening. We will be back!“

“Small but mighty united club puts many of the larger clubs to shame in amenities and employees.
Hors d’oeuvres and snacks are always fresh and stocked. The front desk and barkeepers are always nice and helpful. Cheryl is the best! Only thing you could say about this lounge is it doesn’t have its own restrooms. My understanding is that this is the smallest United club in existence.“

Great vibes, flavorful food, and solid drinks!

The crowd here is always great — good energy without being too wild. We ordered the lemon pepper and Cajun fried chicken wings, and honestly, the food didn’t even need extra seasoning. That’s how you know it was done right.

They had live music playing, which added to the experience without overpowering the conversation. Drinks were poured right, not watered down. Everything just hit the spot.

Definitely worth checking out if you're in the China Grove area.“

“I love this restaurant and the service. The bartenders and servers Chris, Freddy, Joey, Cher, Matt and Mark are always so personable and attentive. I've been disappointed recently because they have no espresso machine. Me and my friends love to end the night with a carajillo or espresso martini. Please remedy this. Nothing beats fresh espresso in these cocktails.“

“I think I went to this bar once or twice. I give it 10 stars even though it only goes to 5. I had a fun time with some people named Kart, Jezzy, and Marino. The bartender Stephanny was pretty cool but told me my jokes were “really stupid”. still, Wendy was a dear. Also Ryan was there.“

“OUR DINING EXPERIENCE AT RUTH'S CHRIS WAS VERY GOOD OVERALL. HOWEVER, I WAS DISAPPOINTED WITH THE VALET PARKING POLICY. BEFORE MY RESERVATION, I CONFIRMED THROUGH THE ONLINE CHAT THAT RESTAURANT GUESTS RECEIVE A FOUR-HOUR PARKING CREDIT WHEN USING THE VALET SERVICE. I VALETED MY CAR TO ATTEND A CONCERT AT THE ALAMODOME AND WAS PARKED FOR APPROXIMATELY SIX HOURS TOTAL. TO MY SURPRISE, I WAS CHARGED $65.00 AND INFORMED THAT ONCE THE FOUR-HOUR PERIOD EXPIRES, THE RATE AUTOMATICALLY DEFAULTS TO THE DAILY RATE OF $65.00—EVEN IF THE OVERTIME IS ONLY A FEW MINUTES. THIS POLICY FEELS UNFAIR AND MISLEADING. HAD I LEFT JUST TEN MINUTES BEFORE THE FOUR-HOUR LIMIT, I WOULD HAVE BEEN FULLY COVERED UNDER THE CREDIT. THE MAIN REASON I CHOSE TO DINE AT RUTH'S CHRIS THAT EVENING WAS BECAUSE OF THE CONVENIENT PARKING AND WALKING DISTANCE TO THE ALAMODOME. I HOPE MANAGEMENT RECONSIDERS OR BETTER CLARIFIES THIS POLICY FOR FUTURE GUESTS SO THEY CAN AVOID UNEXPECTED CHARGES.“

“We held a private company event at Merkaba and it was fantastic. Whitney the event coordinator was great, she was very communicative and ensured everything went well. The servers and DJ were awesome. Our team had a great time! Would definitely recommend!“

“My work is hybrid, and I try to shake things up while working virtually by spending my afternoons in coffee shops. Halcyon is near my home in Southtown and has great wifi. Usually most of the patrons are working, so it's a good environment to get things done. This place is exceedingly welcoming. It's not that often I see a visible representation of diversity in San Antonio, and you can find folks from all walks of life enjoying Halcyon. I can't recommend this place enough.“
