“I did not go to Panda Express because the toilets were staging a full rebellion. Nothing says authentic dining adventure like plumbing drama before the orange chicken.
From what I saw through the window, the food looked ready for greatness while the restroom looked ready for a plumber with battle experience. The smell outside was doing its own interpretation of “Kung Pao.”
Five stars for honesty, effort, and the unforgettable experience of deciding to eat somewhere else.“
“If you are looking for a fast in and out food to take home, I would stop here. I stop here in the evenings and there's usually no waiting to order. Just expect some items not being available or you could wait a few minutes for what you want.“
“If there is someone out there that doesn't like Panda Express, I do not want to know them.
Panda Express is the McDonald's of Chinese food. Their American Chinese cuisine taste much better than they charge for it.
They seem to do much of their business as take out rather than dine in. You can eat here, but I usually just take it home with me. That explains the three stars.
Go there with a friend or take some of Panda Express home with you...it's not expensive and it's a lot better than a burger!“
“After having a terrible experience at the Panda Express on Walzem, I came to this location (Panda Express on Rittiman). the difference was unbelievable and the difference was night and day. The drive‑thru employee here treated me with respect, patience, and professionalism. They understood me perfectly and made me feel valued as a customer. This is what real customer service looks like. Thank you for showing the level of service the other location failed to provide.“

“I was having a terrible day today, I experienced a loss and it has been a very terrible day, I usually get panda express because its amongst my favorite foods to try and be a little better i guess… told staff about my bad day and i almost fell in tears when i got home and saw this written on the back of a receipt/ paper . I most certainly appreciate this. thank you all, from a horrible day I went to having at least one good memory…. Thank you to the staff, this was above and beyond and did not expect it… Thank you“
“I mean how can you go wrong with panda express. It’s your average Chinese food meal. I really enjoy the noodles and the fried rice in the orange chicken and everything in between. Most people go here and usually just get a bowl but I like getting the to go orders so if you’re just here for a quick meal then the bowl is perfect but I recommend the shrimp or the teriyaki and I usually change between those two with also orange again because it’s just perfect.“
“I don't usually write a review anywhere I go, but after what I saw tonight I know I had to.
I placed a mobile order for 8:30 tonight and when I arrived the place was packed and the crew was criminally understaffed, a tale all too common in the works of fast food.
As I approached the "online order" line I noticed a woman berating one of the employees about the wait for food that she specifically requested to be made fresh which, duh, of course it'll take longer. However, in the absence of this woman understanding this simple fact she instead chose to be as rude as possible on this random Sunday evening.
The main reason for writing this review is that when the woman received the food, it was given to her by an employee named Edith (I hope I remembered that right). I'm assuming that she is the Shift Lead/manager and she handled that situation excellently. From her calm manner and de-escalation tactics used, she did everything humanely possible to satisfy this woman who, by now, seems to get her kicks making others feel small. Edith, however, stood up to the bully that this woman was in a calm, rational manner. Hell, this bully, as she was leaving, couldn't stop herself to get one or two more quips in to one of the employees taking a break, just truly awful behavior from a patron, let alone someone in society. After she left, Edith and the crew deliciously and expeditiously made and finished our orders, to the relief of myself and everyone else, so thanks guys!
General Managers/Corporate usually never see a third-party viewpoint so I thought that it'd be important to tell the truth. Furthermore, Edith and the rest of the crew should see raises based on their excellent work ethic.

“I eat at many panda express locations this spot right here is on point. They make the orange chicken outstanding.!! I love a lot of orange sauce on my chicken and it’s made right at this location. Also, all the employees have good attitudes and provide excellent customer service job well done at this location!!!!!“
“The food is always good, but this is the first time I have have ever asked for a lot of sweet and sour sauce and I was given a small mountain full. Seeing just how much extra sweet and sour sauce I was given has made this location my favorite now.“
“My meal was good and I left full. We had 2 different guys coming asking for money because of family members in a local hospital.
The chicken and mushroom was good but salty. The reason I chose it is because I can't eat the breaded meats. Pepper steak is ok but soy sauced up. The only other choice I'd make was teriyaki chicken. Kinda limited but my wife likes it there.“

“The food is always consistent. They have a wide variety of food to choose from . I like the orange chicken . There egg rolls are quite popular as luck would have it there weren't any made . They did have spring rolls . There flavored drinks looks very appealing. The staff is friendly and helpful. The restaurant is kept clean and well maintained. I would definitely recommend this place“

They guy serving (didn't get his name😔) was so polite and gave my family a respectful amount of food.
I was kinda in awe because I always go to Babcock and warzbach location and I always feel they under serve.
So just a major plus in my book with the amount.
Now the taste was so good. The cooks we smiling at me and overall probably having a good day because I could taste the love in the food. So delicious 😋
I now know where my favorite location is.... And that's us bandera and mainland 👍🏻🫶🏻“
“Went thru the drive thru and first they forgot to give me my drink then after I left I got to my location to eat and the egg rolls were kinda dark tasted a piece and it tasted like it had been reheated and reheated way to much. Went back to restaurant and they gave me fresh ones but it should not have happened. On the drink I had to get off after I got food to go get a drink. I went thru drive thru so I didn't have to get off that was the whole point.“
“Each and every employee here at the Stone Ridge Market location are super kind. They always have a great attitude and a warm welcome. The food is delish and the perfect temp.
Our favs are: black pepper chicken, orange chicken, and of course, fresh egg rolls. (which they will happily make upon request).

I can tell when I get the bottom of the barrel orange chicken lol. But it’s still good. Anyways I hope the great service stays the same here. Thank you!!“
