“If there is someone out there that doesn't like Panda Express, I do not want to know them.
Panda Express is the McDonald's of Chinese food. Their American Chinese cuisine taste much better than they charge for it.
They seem to do much of their business as take out rather than dine in. You can eat here, but I usually just take it home with me. That explains the three stars.
Go there with a friend or take some of Panda Express home with you...it's not expensive and it's a lot better than a burger!“
“I did not go to Panda Express because the toilets were staging a full rebellion. Nothing says authentic dining adventure like plumbing drama before the orange chicken.
From what I saw through the window, the food looked ready for greatness while the restroom looked ready for a plumber with battle experience. The smell outside was doing its own interpretation of “Kung Pao.”
Five stars for honesty, effort, and the unforgettable experience of deciding to eat somewhere else.“
“If you are looking for a fast in and out food to take home, I would stop here. I stop here in the evenings and there's usually no waiting to order. Just expect some items not being available or you could wait a few minutes for what you want.“
“Always fresh, always a smile on the CO workers faces. The new manager is a gem and good leader. Is your mad it takes long it's because like 20 people in line and it's being made fresh. There's a Popeyes across the street, I'm sure they'll give you a premade sitting under the warmer within a minute“
“As many Panda Express locations I've patroned as long as I've been in San Antonio, this was the most polite group of employees and management I have EVER encountered. Everyone was attentive and asked if I needed help, the food was hot and fresh. And everyone seemed like they were enjoying being at work, unlike other locations I've ever been to. The 410 and Rigsby location definitely needs to take notes from this location on customer service and food quality. I ordered orange chicken, walnut shrimp and beef and broccoli with chow mein. I will definitely be going back to this location Rittiman in the near future! Thank you for your service. 🫶🏾“

“For the past 25 days, I’ve had dinner at this Panda Express location during training—and I’ll continue to do so for the remainder of my time here. The reason is simple: Ms. Rena.
As a Service Team Member, she consistently sets the standard for what customer service should look like. She is attentive, professional, and genuinely kind in every interaction. No matter how long the line is or how busy the shift gets, she maintains a positive attitude and ensures every customer feels acknowledged and taken care of.
What stands out most is her consistency. It’s easy for service to slip over time, especially in high-tempo environments, but Ms. Rena delivers the same level of care and attention every single evening. Her welcoming demeanor and attention to detail have made this location my go-to, even though I could easily choose any other Panda Express nearby.
In an environment where customers have countless options—and where budgets are tightening—customer service is what ultimately drives loyalty. Ms. Rena embodies that principle. She is the reason I keep coming back night after night.

“They lost power today, we order catering and had it set up days ago. I left early to pick up the order and they told me they were closed until 1:30 estimated time. The manger came out and spoke with me and said they saw the order and would go ahead and get it cooked for me despite the heat and lack of ventilation it would cause due to no electricity. The high way was shut down and it took an hour to get here when it’s usually 18 min. They wanted to make sure that trip wasn’t made for nothing. I want to say thank you to each and every staff member that day on June 6th at 1:10pm. It was extremely appreciated and I will continue to eat here!“
“I go during my lunch hour (which is early) bc it is close, but it depends on who is working. I have had a younger hispanic male help me twice and he was not very professional. I understand if they are not having a good day, but the two interactions I have had with him were enough to not make me come back. I know stores don’t always keep the same staff so I went back a month or two later and an older gentleman helped me. He was kind, energetic, and didn’t make me feel like i had to buy anything else. Food was great(for panda), and I left feeling welcome and not like a bother. Which the other worker definitely made me feel like I should not come back. I do not create a fuss or make faces bc I know yall are just as tired or more than all of us. Food has always been consistent, but certain staff make you wait 10 mins before ordering because I assume they are doing online orders. None of that was ever communicated with me if that was the reason. I would like communication going forward if there is a customer at your ordering line that they are doing mobile orders, instead of just ignoring us. To be clear, only the male hispanic maybe five five? has done that each time. He never says hi, never says i’m working on an order, just eye contact, and clear panic while working on orders. Panic meaning, not caring abt the person in front of you and getting orders done. I understand if you are understaffed or overworked on orders, but just say you’ll be a few mins. I wasted 10 mins when I could have gone to subway and have my order made.“
“I mean how can you go wrong with panda express. It’s your average Chinese food meal. I really enjoy the noodles and the fried rice in the orange chicken and everything in between. Most people go here and usually just get a bowl but I like getting the to go orders so if you’re just here for a quick meal then the bowl is perfect but I recommend the shrimp or the teriyaki and I usually change between those two with also orange again because it’s just perfect.“
“We came in almost closing one of the employees said they were closed but the manager came to the door and said for us to come in I understand I work in the industry but my wife is 8 months pregnant and this made our day she treated us so nice and everything was made fresh she deserves props cause she gots ours we will be back sry I didn't catch your name“
“I must say, I have visited this location before and it’s been average, sometimes a little less pleasant than I’d like. But in the last few months, their customer service has changed for the better. Possibly new staff, maybe a new working environment for their team members. I had a bit of an issue when I found a foreign object in my plate (gasp, it happens, we’re human). I spoke to Bekah, and she made it easy for me to get a remake with the copy of my receipt. May have to make this my main Panda since I eat a lot of it. Kudos to their staff.“

I was kinda in awe because I always go to Babcock and warzbach location and I always feel they under serve.
So just a major plus in my book with the amount.
Now the taste was so good. The cooks we smiling at me and overall probably having a good day because I could taste the love in the food. So delicious 😋
