“I don’t understand the low reviews, because every time I visit this Panera, the experience is consistently excellent. The food is fresh, the restaurant clean, and the staff friendly.
The manager Robert deserves recognition he runs the place with genuine care and professionalism. He’s attentive, kind, and always willing to help, which truly makes a difference. You can tell he takes pride in making sure guests have a great visit.
Honestly, if you’re hesitant because of a few negative reviews, don’t be. My experiences here have been nothing but positive, and I’ll keep coming back“

“We placed a to go order today for the first time at Panera and I'm really surprised by the quality and service I received. I'm not typically a fan of sandwich shops, but we were gifted a gift card for a few meals by a friend.
I ordered the pick two combo and got the half toated Italiano with the half green goddess chicken cobb. My husband ordered the chicken bacon rancher. We also ordered an iced vanilla latte plus a kitchen sink cookie.
The portion sizes were perfect. The bread tasted pretty good. Everything was cooked well. The flavor of the italiano was excellent and exactly what I was hoping to get. I was happy with the green goddess dressing and salad as well. The cookie is MASSIVE and delicious. It's so worth the price!
We also ran into an issue during our visit which was handled quickly by management. I placed the order on my credit card instead of on the gift card. All I had to do was call the store, told the manager what happened and she canceled my order so that I could re order using my gift card.
I'm really impressed and will be back again even after the gift card runs out.“
“I ordered two types of soups for my mother in a long term care facility near by. She enjoyed the broccoli cheese. She'll eat chicken noodle soup later. I'm sure she will enjoy it. I wish the pieces of bread had been wrapped to keep moist for later. Foil or zip lock bag. They were just dropped in bag. Not desirable
However. I didn't get a receipt. Thought it was in the bag.

“I have been coming here for about 6 to 7 years, just as well I am also not the easiest customer. But some of the key members here had made it really special for me, especially Kevin, and Colleen. And the store manager, Evan.

“I had the chicken Caesar bread wrap that new item that's all over Tik Tok. It was pretty good. The location was fairly clean I thought it would be more of a restaurant however it's just a bougie Subway. For being my first time there I wasn't too bad that thing as it is pricey. And the restaurant as far as atmosphere and decoration it could be a lot better it looked a little too plain and dull“
“I just went for the first time ever. The food was excellent. Fresh breads, pastries, soups, salads and sandwiches. They had a sparkling water in their soda fountain which was a plus. Flavored teas and Coffee Bar also. The broccoli cheese soup and steak salad was excellent. The Mac and cheese looked and smelled great. My daughter had it and said it was awesome. Overall excellent experience. I will be back.“
“This location is very convenient, as it is in a busy shopping center. I always enjoy my experience here. Unfortunately, the lovely patio area is a challenge due to the traffic noise from the highway and parking lot antics(trust me). Otherwise, great place to visit.“
