Me and my family came to eat for dinner. Everything was good and our waitress and the manager were very nice.
Great food and service. Fast. Ambience is nice too
Every aspect was great. My wife said that she couldn't remember the last time we left a restaurant so happy. Our server was very prompt, and friendly. The food was fantastic. We will absolutely be back.

J. Alexander’s San Antonio La Cantera is a favorite restaurant for many. The food is excellent, with standout items like the full rack of Baby Back Ribs, Not Your Ordinary Mac & Cheese, and cole slaw. The Baby Back Ribs and cole slaw were delectable, though the Mac & Cheese cheese sauce was quite soupy on one visit. The hamburger and fries were delicious, but the string fries were cold. The fish tacos and crispy chicken salad had great flavors. The steak was not cooked properly when ordered medium, but still tasted good. The carrot cake is a big standout and phenomenal, often served complimentary for celebrations. The service is impeccable, kind, patient, and helpful. The Cindy Lemon Drop Martinis did not disappoint. Overall, the experience is awesome, and guests look forward to returning.
