“Tonight my husband and I placed a mobile app order and among the things we ordered was an ultimate meat and cheese breakfast burrito. Unfortunately, we only double checked my husband's burger before leaving to make sure it was done correctly and didn't check my burrito until we got home. Which, thankfully we only live about 5 minutes away. Unfortunately, I received the wrong burrito and I called the store back to ask if I could go back to get the correct one and the girl on the phone was polite and apologized and said to go ahead and go back for the correct one. Not only did they have a hot and fresh correct burrito for me, but they also gave us a medium cherry limeade for the inconvenience. The young man that answered us in the drive through was also polite and provided great customer service. So, although we had a mishap with our order, the employees made it up to us and we'll of course be going back again because well everyone makes mistakes and we were obviously lazy tonight and didn't want to cook dinner. By the way, if you haven't tried it, the ultimate meat and cheese breakfast burrito was 10/10!
Side note: I'm 37 weeks pregnant and I indeed had a meltdown and cried when I saw I received the wrong burrito, but I took a few minutes to collect myself before calling and going back lol.“

“I was having an extraordinarily hard day and the young black server, I didn’t see his name tag, was SO kind. It made my day. He needs a promotion. There is also a lady who literally runs to get orders out when it’s busy, she needs a promotion too. I don’t know how but this location has hired the best workers I’ve ever seen!“

Parking: The parking lot is only technically paid for since you stay in the Parking lot and order from the parking lot using order kiosks placed throughout the parking lot and they bring your order to you plus they have toilets which are outside on a side part of the building in a room built into the wall that you open the door and go into they are clearly labeled just in case you might miss em and they also have outdoor seating in the scenario you don't wanna be in your car and it has a kiosk in close proximity to the outdoor seating so you don't need to order from your car“

I was concerned that people were literally trying to eat themselves to death by putting chili on random items like Motz sticks or popcorn chicken, but this sonic really pulled through and laid down the law. Now if only someone could inform them that the people leaving Polanco have the ride away when leaving the neighborhood when the light is green. And when their light is red, it means don't go.“
“Went today right before 11am - I ordered multiple things (onion rings, corn dog, cheese sticks, chili cheese wrap). The guy who took my order in the stall speaker was super friendly which started the experience out really well. I still had to wait for the food (never been to this location) to see how that would be and I do have to say that every single thing was fresh and cooked perfectly. There was nothing that was burnt or overcooked. I got a chili cheese wrap from a different sonic yesterday that was pathetic, there literally is no other word to describe it so I really wanted one today, this one was perfect. I normally don't leave fast food reviews but this is also more of a kudos to the guy who took my order over the speaker and to whoever cooked my food. Thank you :)“

“We usually go through the drive-thru but we decided to park. We ordered and received our food within a few minutes. When we ordered we asked for ketchup, mayonnaise, and mustard. The person that was taking our order was either confused why we asked for these items or they just weren't paying attention. The car hop came up to vehicle with no smile or greeting. She gave the bags and drinks as fast as she could. We asked where the condiments were? She brought everything but ketchup. She went back in got it and we asked her for napkins. “This Sonic Drive In I have taken out food many times. Because of snow & ice, Sonic was my third choice. Two other fast food restaurants had not opened for business. Thankful that Sonic was open. Only one person was available to work. He filled my order in minimum time. The two all beef hot dogs were plump & good. Sonic does a terrific job of packaging their takeout hotdogs. Both for less than $7.“

“I've been to this Sonic twice this week. It has greatly improved over the last year ( this is my 1st time back in probably a year ). The 1st order was a cheeseburger. Everything tasted fresh and came out hot. Service was good. Need updates on stalls as several out of order. The 2nd order was a breakfast burrito and coke. They have great fountain cokes, not alot of places do. The burrito was a good size, fresh and hot. Ill definitely be coming back again. Im so glad that they are working on improving their food quality and service.“
“My husband and I stopped to grab a quick breakfast. Parked and placed our order. When I finished, the girl asked us to please pick up our order at the drive-thru. What?! Okay, no problem. When I drove up to the window, I noticed only one person. When the girl handed me my order, I asked if she was the only one here. She said she was! But she was smiling and so friendly, didn't act like it was too much for her. I felt awful for her, but she seriously didn't mind. This girl deserves a raise or at least a big bonus for manning the place all by herself! And with such a positive attitude.

“Great food! The tater tots are lightly crispy on the outside and perfectly soft on the inside! I almost finished them on my drive back home lol. I ordered the chili cheese footling coney and it was so delicious!! The hot dog was perfectly cooked it was covered in chili and cheese! It was hot and messy, just like junk food is supposed to be! “I went to take advantage of the 99 cents mozzarella sticks. We went to the drive-thru and we went to the window they said they dropped the fresh batch for us. We asked for barbecue sauce and they said they didn't have any but before we drove off they stopped us and said they had some that they use in the back that they would be able to give us. This girl was so sweet and I saw she went above and beyond just to make us happy and I wish I knew her name to give her that credit. You know who you are and thank you very much you made our day. Sonic has always been one of my favorite spots for grabbing a nice cold treat, especially a chocolate chip cookie dough blast!
Food quality isn’t always the best but what do you expect at a fast food place? And the staff is really nice about everything!
This particular Sonic is unique because it’s attached to a playground unlike the other ones I’ve been to in San Antonio! Great place to bring the kids.
It also has a covered pavilion area adorned with benches so you can actually watch your kids!
