“Since moving to Texas eating at Pier 6 has been our favorite dining experience. The food was delicious and mirrored New Orleans finest. Chef Joe Cervantez culinary skills result in delicious food from appetizers, entree to desserts! Our waiter was extraordinary and was so kind and polite. The restaurant sits on Galveston Bay; hence the atmosphere is fun and lively along with a beautiful view.”

“I’ve been using Shoreline Cakes since 2023 for all our occasions. Her cakes are so moist and super delicious. Every time we get a cake made by her everyone at the party or gathering asks us who made it and we always get compliments on how amazing the cakes look and taste. She is very good at communicating and taking exactly what you want and bringing it to life. Not only is the taste and quality amazing but you can’t beat her pricing! I highly recommend her for all your sweets! Ready for our next birthday so we can get another cake!🤪”

“Went for the first time on Sunday. Upon entering, we approached the check in/ cashier desk. Wait staff were walking back & forth as we stood & no one said a word. No greeting, not we will be right with you. Not a word! One young lady ( Wish I would have gotten her name) she was sitting right there, preparing serving utensils. She did not say a word as we stood there. I've never felt so uncomfortable, unwelcome, & disregarded! Never! Finally, another wait staff that was helping over at the check out computer, walked over & asked the young lady who was sitting there to assist us! Still, not a word to us! The young lady stood up & with the worse attitude, she asked did we want to sit inside or outside. While I was asking my husband his preference, she rolled her eyes & and rudely asked , " Inside or out!? Again, I wish I had asked her name, but she appeared to be the youngest. Between being disregarded as we walked in & stood, and her attitude, I told my husband I was uncomfortable & wanted to leave! He pushed back & said let's give it a chance beyond this! So we stayed & were seated outside as we preferred. Then comes our waitress! What a pleasant surprise & she turned our experience around! We learned that she had not been there but 3 days or 3 weeks. ( I forget) her name is Amanda & she is pregnant. She's such a pleasant & nice person! We felt badly for sitting outside, because she worked so diligently. It was quite a walk in the heat, because we chose to sit outside on the pier that was a bit of a walk. Again, she was so pleasant & professional! The drinks & food are superb! From the oyster 🦪 appetizers, to the platters! Delicious! Some of the best seafood & side orders, ever! Truly! Drinks are flavorful, delicious, and they aren't stingy or scarce with the liquor. 😆 I would absolutely visit again, but truly afraid of the treatment, unless it's Amanda again”

“I've been to Pacific Seafood many times and the food is exceptional. We have never been disappointed. The seafood and vegtables are fresh, the presentation is great and everything that we have eaten has been delicious. The atmosphere is nothing special but the food and the service makes up for it.”

“THE most amazing, unique, educational and fantastic-tasting dining experience of my life. We loved it. I feel like we travelled the centuries as well as the globe, in one evening, right here in Kemah, Texas. Incredible food and people. Fifteen courses authentic to the timeline of Choctaw and Thai food, even first known recipes dating back to 1640. The chefs and the wine director introduced and explained each as it was brought to the table.”

“Had the pleasure of going there with my son and Linda and Lisa were soooo nice. They let us try the custard Ice cream Mango, Strawberry and Rasberry Pistachio were to die for!! Great service!! Highly recommended!! I’m from FL and 2 hours away from were we were staying and it was worth the drive and Lisa even gave me ideas to visit in Gavelston while we visited Texas. Will return soon. “Had a great time at Coco's on the Canal, was my first time there. Some girlfriends and I went for Singo Bingo for Galantine's night. The bingo was a blast. A couple of complaints. #1, there was no reservation signs on any of the couch areas when I got there. I was the only one in the place so I picked a couch that was open, sat there for an hour with 1 of my girlfriends, no one told me it was reserved and when the party that reserved it arrived, I had to move. Not very happy about that. In that whole hour I sat there. I spoke with the bartenders, not one time did they tell me that seating space was reserved. Secondly, it was Galantine's Singo Bingo night. A guy won the black out bingo both games. That's total BS!!! It was Galentines night for God's sake!!! If they play they should've at least had their spouse go up and claim the prize instead of parading around and gloating AND especially when you have every Thursday night, singo bingo. boo!!! 👎👎👎👎”
