My hubby was raving about the Firefly squid and Hokkaido uni - both which are extremely rare to procure and execute.

Flavor profiles were stronger in nigiri than the rolls in our opinion. However, we’re biased since we gravitate towards nigiri and sashimi more. The chutoro and otoro were good as well, nice scoring skills - melts in your mouth butter type. Oysters were on point too and dressed well. It’s refreshing to have quality seafood here in Texas. “For some Authentic Thai food I definitely recommend this place! Me being part Thai and have grown up eating Thai food I must say that the Larb (Beef)we had tonight was quite chewy and fatty-like texture which was not appetizing . I usually make mine pork and/or beef but no way was Thai Thai’s close to being the same…..Sorry. That being said, I will still eat her again.“
