“did an "online only order" to get the advertised price for the food (B.S... at best). You "order ahead" and give them a "pickup time", so it's not that they should not have it ready for you, especially due to the inconvenience of that blasted On-Line stuff. I had to wait an additional 15minutes past my pick up time, and I showed up 5 minutes early ; thus I sat there for 20 minutes and they did not appear that busy. Maybe the Management is understaffing ?“
