You "order ahead" and give them a "pickup time", so it's not that they should not have it ready for you, especially due to the inconvenience of that blasted On-Line stuff. I had to wait an additional 15minutes past my pick up time, and I showed up 5 minutes early ; thus I sat there for 20 minutes and they did not appear that busy. Maybe the Management is understaffing ?“

“I've been many times but as a diabetic it's not very often. The food is always delicious and the people there very friendly. If language is a little bit of a barrier, have patience the ladies will work to get you exactly what you want. Their customer service is great! Their ice cream is absolutely one of the best in the area, They actually own an ice cream manufacturing place in Dallas and supply a lot of mobile ice cream guys and fruiterias around Dallas. They make quality ice cream and it's delicious because they use ingredients that make it so great, you will taste the difference!“

“Service was good during our visit. The the only issue was that we were charged $18.10 for our order however there were 6 people that came in after us 4 recieved their dessert completely free. The other two young ladies were charged $7.06 for four orders all of us were serviced by a young lady named Sophia.“

“It was really busy and the ladies were working quickly to get everyone taken care of. I appreciate their kind and homey customer service. The fruit is always fresh and super tasty. I got a plain chocobanana and a small fruit plate of jicama, cucumbers and pineapple. I got my fruit with lime juice and lots of Valentina salsa and a sprinkle of Tajin chili powder.“

“A beautiful little ice cream shop off Belt Line Road. Seating is extremely limited, but the service is excellent. In addition to Mexican traditions such as raspados (snow cones) and licuados (similar to a smoothie), you can still find most of your favorite ice creams, made by Blue Bell. My chocolate shake was perfect, a good size for a medium, and made with three generous scoops of chocolate.

Now, this doesn't mean they're perfect. Leaving aside that the staff speak very little English (phone translation apps are your friend), the prices are at least twice what you'd pay at Braums. But for an occasional indulgence with great local flavor (and a side in nachos and elotes), they're terrific!“

“My family and I went today for the first time to try out the Menudo. It was one of the best tasting Menudo I’ve ever had. The barbacoa was also amazing. But the best part of the experience was the hospitality the employees showed. They made you feel like family. I highly recommend this place. Definitely visiting again soon.“
