“My family and myself go to The 1838 Grill every Sunday. We love this place! As soon as you walk through the door, you have the most amazing customer service. We have become regulars to the point by the time we sit down, Mr. Lopez already has our drinks ready for us. Our meals have always been perfect and correct every single time. The owners and wait staff always without a doubt have a smile and will do anything to make your experience the best! We appreciate y’all so much! “Guiseppe's Italian Grill offers amazing authentic Italian food. I grew up in little Italy in Chicago surrounded by Northern Italians and Sicilians. This is the closest you can get to the real deal. Veal Picatta, Eggplant Parmisano, homemade garlic biscuits, delicious Salmon Picatta, Spaghetti and Meat Balls made traditionally. The food and service impeccable. Clean and great experience. Should you choose to order online, please order directly from the resturant. Twice I ordered delivery be AWARE! You are no longer ordering directly from the restaurant you are ordering from a delivery company and there charges increase your bill by least 20%. Twice my order was mistaken and or not delivered at all. Not to mention the restaurant does not get paid directly and have to wait a month before all the additional fees are deducted. This is a wonderful family owned business in our community. We need to support our community especially when we are lucky enough to have such great food.“

“It was a decent sandwich, I got the Ruben and it was a little light on the meat. The dressing and sauerkraut was ok. My wife got a Panini and it was OK. If I am downtown and want a sandwich I might stop in, but I am not real sure how far out of my way I would go...“

Its not super greasy and the bread isn't too thick. My girls love pizza but Im always on the fence about ordering. Im not a fan of the big brand name companies because of the same thing that always happens. Heartburn! But we sure do love Rosie's.“

“My daughter had the chimichanga and liked it. I had the green enchiladas, they were okay, but I wouldn't order them from here again. The rice and beans were good. The salsa had a tiny heat, but was unimpressive. Our friend had the Texas plate and it looked good. I would order that next time. The waitress was extremely attentive and nice.“

“Was headed to another BBQ joint but it was closed, so tried True Texas BBQ inside the Seguin HEB. Ordered the 3 meat plate with brisket (fatty), Ribs and Sausage with beans and creamed corn for the 2 sides. All I can is WOW!

Totally exceeded expectations, everything was tender, flavorful and had me sort of “mmm mmm” on every bite.

If I have one complaint, it would be with the sauce(s). While the meat really didn’t need any, I went and asked if there was sauce. Seeet or spicy? Both! So was handed a couple round, sealed sauce containers (think dipping sauce) - the sweet was heavy on molasses and the spicy was very Worcestershire-ish. Underwhelming…

My boys wanted some banana pudding, so at the checkout I told the cashier I was quite impressed with the food but they really need to get it make a sauce to compliment the Q! Like seriously.. if they had a sauce on par with Luling City Market, Rudy’s, etc. that would be amazing..

I seriously might go back with a small container of sauce (or go buy one in the store - LOL) and that would be some of the best BBQ, not kidding.

The sauce is what knocked this down to a 4 star, otherwise it would be a 5 star. ?

“My little sisters and I came across this gem the other day. We were traveling to D&D and needed some breakfast tacos. Highly recommend the following combinations: bacon, egg, cheese and the chorizo, egg, and cheese! Chips and salsa were AMAZING too. Their coffee is SOOOO GOOD! All items were reasonably priced too. Only thing better than the food was the wonderful service. Taco Tejano is a great spot and I’m so glad we had the opportunity to stop by! Go try it for yourself! ?“

“Ordered bean egg potato w/cheese a carne guisada w/cheese so tender and delicious definitely had to get beef enchiladas with extra gravy and cheese brought it home to enjoy it.. fast service they made everything the way I ordered it . Please give them a try you will not be disappointed..“

“I had 2 tremendous pizzas here over the weekend, the Pepperoni Magnifico (which was exceptional) and then the Hawaiian Chicken the next day (which was somehow better than the last one, I don't know how they do it) The gentleman that rang me up Saturday found a lunch special deal that I wasn't aware of, and saved me 5 bucks on my combo, and he didn't have to do that. It's that kind of quality that sets people apart in their business, and in turn puts their business ahead of the competition. I'll never eat pizza anywhere else in Seguin but here.“

“This place is really good. The waitresses are really polite and the order speed was on point. If you rate this 2 or lower skill issue in my opinon.“

“This place is fantastic! I consider myself to be a good smoker, not Pit Master level, but I do pretty well. I was completely surprised by the flavor of the proteins. The smoke is deep and the seasoning is there but doesn’t over power. Do yourself a favor and eat here. Plus, respect the heritage.“

“OMG, The best service ever!! The manager Ellen, was our hostess, party of seven. Even though we could tell she was short of staff, and it was a little warm due to the air conditioning not working, Ellen was extra polite, all smiles, and had amazing customer service. Her restaurant was clean and the food was delicious. Thank you Ellen and staff for making an uncomfortable situation out to be a rememberable and enjoyable experience. You rock!!! Someone please help this Beautiful young lady get her air conditioning fixed it's too hot in Texas ??? Blessings to you and your Staff Ellen.“
