“This is by far the best deep-fried Brisket burrito I’ve ever had and I have not ever had a deep-fried burrito but I don’t want it anywhere else everything in it was so good, this deep fried brisket burrito should be sold at the rodeo that’s how good it is. The people are very nice that served me today. I’m sure they were the owners of this food truck and I recommend they talk to the rodeo and become a vendor at the rodeo because this burrito was amazing. The price was $9 and it was a big burrito full of brisket and I didn’t taste any fat in it. It was really good brisket. The queso is homemade, tasted amazing with The pinto beans and onions. I really enjoyed every bite thank y’all. I didn’t have time to take a picture. Take my word for it you’ll thank me later.“

“Unfortunately, a part of my online order was incorrect. Potatoe salad instead of coleslaw. Pickles instead of lemons. Bummer. This order was in Oct. Trying it again Nov.16...another online order. We'll see what happens...just picked up my order. Perfection!!! I'm so happy! All 5 stars“

“I must say we were very pleasantly surprised! We were in a hurry, and hungry, so we decided to eat here before picking up a few items in the store. Not only did they have brisket options (lean, fatty and burnt ends) but it was actually some of the best I've ever had at any restaurant. The ribs slid off the bone, their mac&cheese, cream corn and Texas Torpedos were also delicious. The young lady behind the order counter (I wish I remembered her name) was an absolute joy to talk to.“

“Pho is great but the rib is a bit fatty and gristly and you have struggle with the bone. Probably normal for rib; I’ve never tried it before but I think chicken is a better option. Great little place though. Awesome waitress and background music.“

“True Texas BBQ was one of the best BBQs I’ve had. We ordered brisket chili and a brisket baked potato and both were so scrumptious. All BBQ is not the same! Even the signage was really cool at the restaurant and the chairs were actually comfortable :) I’m big on nice seating! Ordering was genuinely pleasant with a Iyairra (Ya) and she was all smiles. Ian came to our table to make sure we were enjoying our visit and told us about the new store opening in Bridgeland - sounds fabulous just like we like it. You’re in for a real treat if you get the chance to visit True Texas BBQ in Magnolia!“

“I can't express how kind the staff is. Mr. Nathan,Mr. Isaac,Mr. Xavier, Miss Jessica ,Mr. Michael,Miss Kathy/Katy Mr. Leon, Mr. Vincent,Miss Hanna,Miss Ash,Miss Maderson the whole staff is so sweet and the food is to die for.
