“Lady working the drive thru first window for pay was a DELIGHT! Very kind and loving energy. I hope some of that rubs off on the gentleman usually wearing a beige cardigan that always works at the pickup window. That guy stares straight at me EVERY time and doesn't say a word as he hands me my food like I owe him money or something. Very off-putting and a stark contrast to the first lady who was so nice. There's often a dude who looks kinda like Post Malone there who is also really great. Hope they get recognition for the effort they put into their work!“
“I have been in Sherman for 3 years. I have frequented McDonald's. Service was okay, food was okay.
Now, suddenly, it has changed. I have been approached by a Hispanic girl, a black man and black girl. I am amazed how polite, courteous and helpful they all are, trying to help me out.
Something changed, I'm delighted to go there. The food is still McDonald's, Im happy. Pleae commend your employees for treating us so great. New employees? Great hires. I'll be there more often.“
