“I go with a very small group almost every Saturday. The omelets are DEliscious along with the home fries. I’ve never been disappointed with anything at City Cafe! The servers are all very friendly (Jenny gets a special shoutout) and very attentive. The owner always stops by the table to say hello and welcome. Just a good place for great food, breakfast and lunch. Specials every day for lunch! You won’t regret stopping by!“

“Delightful French experience in downtown Houston. Tucked into the front of a hotel, I was drawn by the lower prices (about half of most of the nearby restaurants and food options).
Once inside, I made choices of a savory crepe (spinach & feta, although the 12 sweet flavors were tempting!), a strawberry-mango smoothie, and a coffee.
The barista / chef whipped it all up fresh in minutes, and I spent a half hour relaxing in this gem of a cafe.“

“The service and food were great, I really recommend the cranberry chicken salad !! The workers there treated me well and helped me with recommendations for the menu, they cleared up any questions we had which made me confident in my order. I would definitely come back here.“

“Just adopted our Lauren from here. The concept is really cool. You get to hang out with the cats while giving them treats and drinking coffee. You then get to take the cat you’re interested in home to see if they are a good fit. Cats are very well socialized with people due to the nature of this business and the establishment is very clean. A tip for anyone new who is visiting for the first time. There are 2 sections. One for the more active and playful cats and the other for the more introverted cats. Don’t be afraid to ask to see the other cats. Love this place and I highly recommend them if you are looking to adopt.“

“Love going to Busy Bee. We went this last Saturday as we do every Saturday. Savannah was our server and she was kind and did a great job. Christina usually is our server and she is great, but she was not working that day and Savannah did a great job serving us. We like all the servers there and we go there a lot and feel like we are with family. Always enjoy the food and company.“

“Regular customer here! Can’t recommend this place enough! First discovered this place when I was about 10 years old. I’m now 21 and this place is still going strong. This store is one of the few good memories I still have from my childhood. Chocolate smoothie is my fav drinks!“

“The food is very delicious, a young lady who has worked there for many years is very friendly. I don't know if she still works there. I have a hard time not going, the bad thing is the long wait... if they took orders by phone it would be a lot of good for the business and for the client.“

“A mall staple for generations. Yes sugar high inducing delights that flood you with memories of Christmas shopping in the late 80s with your grandma and you took a break in the food court before hitting up sears for some sweet flannel. She let you get a cookie the size of your head or one packed with frosting. Yes I now spoil my kids on their birthday with this mess of sugar. Always dear to my heart.“
