Some people judge bc the staff is young, but they all do good work here every time I come by. Each sandwich will run you about $11-18 depending the size. “Stopped by Mendocino Farms this week and had one of the best service experiences I’ve had in Houston in a long time. I came in not long before closing, which can sometimes feel rushed at other places, but the staff here were still incredibly welcoming.

A young lady named Ayisha helped me and she was an absolute gem. She recommended the Peruvian Steak sandwich and it was excellent. She was very attentive, which surprised me, and checked in with me a few times while I was eating to make sure everything tasted good and that I had everything I needed.

The whole meal and service honestly made my entire day. You really don’t see that level of care in fast casual places much anymore. She even remembered my name before I left, which was a very nice personal touch.

Everyone working there seemed kind, but Ayisha truly stood out. Mendocino Farms is lucky to have someone like her on their team. I’ll definitely be back.“

I liked my sandwhich but as a former subway manager I feel inclined to mention that the artist who made my sandwhich did not follow the formulas.... I ordered the same sandwhich from two different locations and they both tasted completely different because the store by Kroger followed formulas and this one didn't . “My wife and I have been to Charley's so far 4 or 5 times this month and have yet to be disappointed. I'm not an expert on Philly Cheesesteaks and I can only go by reviews and YouTube videos but these are very delicious. The steak meat honestly I couldn't tell you if its flank or top sirloin but it's moist and hot. We always get the regular cheesesteak with onions, provolone cheese and peppers but without lettuce or tomatoes in order to stay closer to an original cheesesteak. The fries are always hot, crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. They have homemade lemonade which to me is better than Chick-fil-A's lemonade. Some locations have wings and hand-spun milkshakes but not the one inside Baybrook Mall. The cheesesteaks are really good but ALWAYS get the extra meat option, trust me.

This Subway was on the way home 🏡 and needed to fill up the 2 young men.
There was only one customer in front of us, but she was something else, if you know what I mean! 🤪! However, Ms. Margaritas stayed cool and calm!

The restaurant itself was very clean, but we wanted to get back on the road to unload everything!

“Hello everyone I ordered thru Door Dash for a Giant big kahuna cheesesteak sub from Jersey Mike's on Eldorado Blvd and door Dash picked my order up to deliver to my job at FedEx Ground across from Ellington field airport. Door Dash arrives in good time and canceled my order and drove off. I called Jersey Mike's up and Drake the manager answered and told me he will make another sub for me and deliver it personally in 10 minutes. He made my day and my stomach really thanks him for going above and beyond.
