She managed our large party with ease, remembering everyone’s orders and making sure everything ran seamlessly—even with separate checks at the end. She had a young gentleman assisting her, but she totally ran the show, and her customer service was next-level. 2. Bianca, the GM, did a fantastic job coordinating everything ahead of time and making sure the evening was exactly how I envisioned. She even printed out the photo of my invitation I had texted her—just to match the vibe—and posted it on the door. Such a small touch, but it made me feel so special. 3. “We love Silver Dollar Winery and Italian Bistro!!! it’s a must stop at when you are in Texas Hill Country! We feel it is the most authentic winery in the area!! The grounds are absolutely amazing to get a bottle of wine and a great Italian meal and sit outside, taking in the beautiful countryside! We love the chicken poblano lasagna, it’s to die for!
