I was getting my car fixed next door @RinconCar, a/c stop working this past Friday. I went over for a burger & DAMN that was a good burger. The fries and onion rings were cooked to perfection. 🤤 I got no pictures kuz ya boi was hungry. Got me a double cheeseburger.“

“We visited this location at noon, last Sunday and it was PACKED and the drive through was wrapped around as well. Standing room only inside however we managed to get a table and gave ours to an older couple when they were walking in as we were done. Anyway, I just wanted to say our first visit here was nothing short of amazing. All of the employees looked to be younger and they were all so friendly, all had genuine smiles and our service was excellent with a very small wait time. Great job!“

“Burgers are worth the wait. Delicious, hot and fresh. They are not friendly or polite by any means, they’re also slow and have zero sense of urgency. However, they do an amazing job at cooking up some patties. Fantastic burgers. 10/10 burgers easily.“

“Excellent burgers with any fixings you would like. Traditional sides of generous portions. A bit pricey but quality isn't cheap.
Can be noisy because of open design but you come here for the taste.
Bathrooms were exceptionally clean.“

“I tried their $10.99 cheese burger combo deal. Fresh tasting beef patties in the burger along with fresh fries was outstanding. I loved their drink options , iced tea , fruit punch, lemonade, peach flavored drinks were soothing. Sitting area offers contemporary vibe and you feel at ease. “Really fantastic burger spot. Everything is fresh and made with care. I had a patty melt and onion rings. The onion rings were so crispy, I was surprised that every single one of them still had structural integrity after taking multiple bites. The patty melt was also not greasy and just all around great. Spent about $21 for the sandwich, onion rings and a medium drink. I think it was well worth the visit.“

“The burgers were great! The fries were not my favorite, too skinny, the onion rings tasted like they had a pancake batter and the salad choices were a big bonus. The service was fast friendly counter service. The drink options were good. My only complaint was the size of the restaurant. It was a tad cramped. Great for them, but when it's busy it makes getting around challenging. Maybe move another table outside? Overall great burger place.“

“Great beer and fantastic fries. Fries were super crispy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside.

The beer menu is very good and has a nice variety for everyone.

Everyone really enjoyed the queso fondito!

The taco entrees were good but a bit pricey.

The quail taco was good and unique. I get that quail can be expensive for the amount of food you get.

I personally wasn’t a fan of the short rib/brussel sprout taco.

My wife’s taco bowl left something to be desired as far as portion and flavor. It was not bad, just not a $15+ plate of food.

“I wanted to tell you about one of your managers at the Live Oak, Texas location. Ms. Arnesia (or Amesia if I spelled it wrong). My family and I live about 20 miles from this location. You don't have many locations where I live, but the food quality to me is worth the drive. However, this time we ordered out of convivence. We ordered food via a food delivery app (DoorDash) and was devastated when we received EMPTY bags at our front door. Over a $100 food order and it was gone. I drove to this location with the bags in hand, and when I asked to speak to the Manger, I met Ms. Arnesia. She explained how I was the 3rd customer that had happened too that day and she had already reported the driver. She helped me to do the same. She was working deliveries and ensured us the orders were included and sealed. She was so sorry it had happened to me and my family. She asked us to not eat any of the remaining items for our safety. She reprocessed the entire order including the drinks and shakes. I'm sure being the third person with that issue that day during her shift, should have allowed for her to at the very least have some aggravation. She never spoke, displayed, or seem to have any negative reaction at all in correcting this situation. When I arrived, I was furious, and I left feeling so care for and appreciated and safe. After meeting Ms. Arnesia, I won't be going anywhere else for my American Burger meals if she is there. She has added to your quality and delicious food with her exceptional customer service. I can't thank her enough for saving our weekend and keeping us in good spirits after all that had happened. People make time to file complaints so easily but fail to praise the people who stand out and go above and beyond. I made time for Ms. Arnesia today. “The costomer service is amazing! I was just up there. I just got off of work and I felt miserable. The lady that rung me up was so sweet and so kind, I think she had piercings on the side of her lips and braids. She was very engaging and personable. She made my long long long day at work feel like it just disappeared. I hope she gets recognition for this too.“

“My husband and I were there 8/27/22. The food was good but the place was a mess. Food on the floor. Garbage bin running over so we could not use it. Lots of help(kids) just Messing around acting silly and loud. Drink station dirty and condiments need tending. We have been here before and witnessed the same thing. “Main Street Cafe has a menu packed with good choices. The burger and fries are very tasty and delicious. The chicken fried steak and chicken fried chicken will be the best you have ever eaten. The Salmon salad oh my what a treat. The pimento cheese sandwich with jalapeños and pecans will make you want to return for a second round. I do not normally eat pork chops. Their pork chops are tender and full of flavor. There are many other options. These are my favorites. Give them a try.“

However, since the bag switchover from cup for the fries (which I can agree with the company's stance concerning), the "generous" portion of fries in the bag are not as generous, IMO, at least not in my area franchises.“

“Chicken fried chicken is what I had set my mind on. When we arrived, I ened up getting the catfish and added shrimp. The pieces of catfish were small so they ended up giving me 5 (it's the simple things in life that I love). It seemed like a simple cornmeal batter, which I grew up on and wanted. Not sure the spices they add to the batter but I WILL BE BACK TO ORDER MORE!! Staff was extremely friendly and the patrons all seemed to be regulars. My buddy got a burger and onion rings.
