I was getting my car fixed next door @RinconCar, a/c stop working this past Friday. I went over for a burger & DAMN that was a good burger. The fries and onion rings were cooked to perfection. 🤤 I got no pictures kuz ya boi was hungry. Got me a double cheeseburger.“

“We visited this location at noon, last Sunday and it was PACKED and the drive through was wrapped around as well. Standing room only inside however we managed to get a table and gave ours to an older couple when they were walking in as we were done. Anyway, I just wanted to say our first visit here was nothing short of amazing. All of the employees looked to be younger and they were all so friendly, all had genuine smiles and our service was excellent with a very small wait time. Great job!“

“Went today with my sister to try out this halal chicken finger spot, truly it was better than canes in my opinion. Not only was it halal but the chicken and fries were crunchier and more fresh than any i’ve eaten at a canes. The sauce is identical and just as flavorful but I would recommend trying the honey mustard as well. Cashier was very hospitable and I’ll definitely come again!“

“The cashier was awesome! When I told him it was my first time he kindly walked me through the menu a bit and told me about the discounts! Just very kind and attentive and made a random run for food more pleasant and memorable. He was also cute so that was a bonus lol!

Now the food, everything was very tasty! Can't say it was super different than any philly ive had before but definitely good. I also appreciated the size of their hoagies and that the bread was soft. Oh, ETA, I recommend ordering extra meat. The bread is really thick so extra meat helps the bread not to be the dominant taste of the sandwich!“

“What an excellent halal place in Plano. The food is very authentic despite being a burger joint. Every burger is very unique and flavorful. If you don't like your burger bland then this is the place to go. And the spice options will really make you salivate. I recommend House burger, Dallas burger, Chicken Cayenne burgers, but you'll probably not be disappointed with any of the options. And the fries are just simply outstanding. This place will give any burger joints a run for their money. Highly recommended.“

“My husband and I were there 8/27/22. The food was good but the place was a mess. Food on the floor. Garbage bin running over so we could not use it. Lots of help(kids) just Messing around acting silly and loud. Drink station dirty and condiments need tending. We have been here before and witnessed the same thing. It needs cleaning and some adult supervision. I’ve never written a review before but after experiencing this here before I felt I needed to inform someone. All this doesn’t make me want to come back. A manager in training tried and seemed to be only person really working as the kids just seemed oblivious to helping.“

“I live in Wylie however I drive to murphy anytime I get chick-fil-a. Their food is always SO fresh and cooked correctly. Their service is very professional and they’re always so kind to me and conversate when time allows. They are quick to apologize for any inconvenience (which is RAREEE) and make it right however they possibly can. I don’t typically write reviews but this location absolutely deserves it! “So I'm a special education paraprofessional and when I got off work on Friday August 15th around 345ish I was like oh let me go get my birthday treat for the ride home. I ordered a ice cream cone and when I got to the window it was such great service I didn't get the woman's name but she said it was their treat and then when I told her thank you and that I was going to use my birthday treat coupon she asked if I like brownies and gave me a brownie. They blessed me so, this is such a great location and great customer service.“

“I wanted to tell you about one of your managers at the Live Oak, Texas location. Ms. Arnesia (or Amesia if I spelled it wrong). My family and I live about 20 miles from this location. You don't have many locations where I live, but the food quality to me is worth the drive. However, this time we ordered out of convivence. We ordered food via a food delivery app (DoorDash) and was devastated when we received EMPTY bags at our front door. Over a $100 food order and it was gone. I drove to this location with the bags in hand, and when I asked to speak to the Manger, I met Ms. Arnesia. She explained how I was the 3rd customer that had happened too that day and she had already reported the driver. She helped me to do the same. She was working deliveries and ensured us the orders were included and sealed. She was so sorry it had happened to me and my family. She asked us to not eat any of the remaining items for our safety. She reprocessed the entire order including the drinks and shakes. I'm sure being the third person with that issue that day during her shift, should have allowed for her to at the very least have some aggravation. She never spoke, displayed, or seem to have any negative reaction at all in correcting this situation. When I arrived, I was furious, and I left feeling so care for and appreciated and safe. After meeting Ms. Arnesia, I won't be going anywhere else for my American Burger meals if she is there. She has added to your quality and delicious food with her exceptional customer service. I can't thank her enough for saving our weekend and keeping us in good spirits after all that had happened. People make time to file complaints so easily but fail to praise the people who stand out and go above and beyond. I made time for Ms. Arnesia today. “Come into this location frequently and it’s always a great experience. The food is always good, they keep their drink/condiment area clean and stocked. I’m always super impressed that they make sure the fries are fresh when they hand over my order and even getting a little fry there is plenty. The few times I have had to ask for something the staff get right on it and make you feel like they are happy to help. Honestly the staff here are just always super friendly. This is my go to on a low iron day, so often time I’m not feeling 100% when I’m here, but coming in is always a positive experience and never an extra strain.“

Nice, quick to serve, first location in a while that make the coffee smoothie yummy. The chocolate strawberry smoothie was delicious. Perfect smoothie consistency. Food is great. The chicken bacon ranch wrap is amazing. The Cali breakfast flatbread and Southwest wrap w/ chicken is our constant must get. The food is always good and yummy. Always quick friendly service. Always makes you feel much healthier and ready for the day.“

“This was my first time visiting JC's Burger House and I was pleasantly surprised. The service was very friendly. The young lady who took my order was very sweet and patient with me while I was deciding what to order. I ordered the Junior Burger with the veggies and added grilled jalapenos. OH MY!!!! This was one of the best burgers I have ever eaten. It was cooked perfectly and super delicious! It is right up there with my favorite burger place in McKinney. “When this location was first opened, they could not do anything correctly. But since January 2023 they are great! I always order on the app and pick up inside. They have gotten my order correct every time. It's not always ready when I go in to pick it up, but that's okay. As soon as I tell them the order I am picking up, they fix it right away with nice hot food! This place is way too close to my house. As a result, I go there way too much!😋“

“I don’t know who the manager of this store is but he needs to go train the other ones in Tulsa, OK. Bueno is a hit or miss there but this is consistently good every time I go. Also the little croissant at the window was an added bonus he told me my dog was cute and she really appreciated that.“
