I was getting my car fixed next door @RinconCar, a/c stop working this past Friday. I went over for a burger & DAMN that was a good burger. The fries and onion rings were cooked to perfection. 🤤 I got no pictures kuz ya boi was hungry. Got me a double cheeseburger.“

“Chicken and all food was excellent. Service issue was the online order system was down so my order was not ready. Which I am paitent guy, no big deal except they still won't immediately make my order even when I present my receipt and order on my phone, which the staff was following their training. However they had to wait manager to approve the order. So i got to wait an extra 20+ minutes for what took them in 2 minutes to put together. The manager did not check on the situation with or offer an apology either. The rest of the staff was very nice but the manager needs some training in regards to customer service / order of priorities.“

“We visited this location at noon, last Sunday and it was PACKED and the drive through was wrapped around as well. Standing room only inside however we managed to get a table and gave ours to an older couple when they were walking in as we were done. Anyway, I just wanted to say our first visit here was nothing short of amazing. All of the employees looked to be younger and they were all so friendly, all had genuine smiles and our service was excellent with a very small wait time. Great job!“

“My husband and I were there 8/27/22. The food was good but the place was a mess. Food on the floor. Garbage bin running over so we could not use it. Lots of help(kids) just Messing around acting silly and loud. Drink station dirty and condiments need tending. We have been here before and witnessed the same thing. It needs cleaning and some adult supervision. I’ve never written a review before but after experiencing this here before I felt I needed to inform someone. All this doesn’t make me want to come back. A manager in training tried and seemed to be only person really working as the kids just seemed oblivious to helping.“

“This was the first time for us to enter into this establishment. The lady at the front desk was phenomenal. She was so fun and kind and efficient. Everyone there had a great attitude. It made our first visit enjoyable.

“Awesome location with an awesome staff! I was sad when Dairy Queen went out of business in this area, but now I’m very happy because it allowed me to try this place and I have grown to love Braums very much.

But this location in particular is just very well ran and has very sweet and personable employees working for them. Thank y’all very much for a great experience every time I go.

“What an excellent halal place in Plano. The food is very authentic despite being a burger joint. Every burger is very unique and flavorful. If you don't like your burger bland then this is the place to go. And the spice options will really make you salivate. I recommend House burger, Dallas burger, Chicken Cayenne burgers, but you'll probably not be disappointed with any of the options. And the fries are just simply outstanding. This place will give any burger joints a run for their money. Highly recommended.“

“I wanted to tell you about one of your managers at the Live Oak, Texas location. Ms. Arnesia (or Amesia if I spelled it wrong). My family and I live about 20 miles from this location. You don't have many locations where I live, but the food quality to me is worth the drive. However, this time we ordered out of convivence. We ordered food via a food delivery app (DoorDash) and was devastated when we received EMPTY bags at our front door. Over a $100 food order and it was gone. I drove to this location with the bags in hand, and when I asked to speak to the Manger, I met Ms. Arnesia. She explained how I was the 3rd customer that had happened too that day and she had already reported the driver. She helped me to do the same. She was working deliveries and ensured us the orders were included and sealed. She was so sorry it had happened to me and my family. She asked us to not eat any of the remaining items for our safety. She reprocessed the entire order including the drinks and shakes. I'm sure being the third person with that issue that day during her shift, should have allowed for her to at the very least have some aggravation. She never spoke, displayed, or seem to have any negative reaction at all in correcting this situation. When I arrived, I was furious, and I left feeling so care for and appreciated and safe. After meeting Ms. Arnesia, I won't be going anywhere else for my American Burger meals if she is there. She has added to your quality and delicious food with her exceptional customer service. I can't thank her enough for saving our weekend and keeping us in good spirits after all that had happened. People make time to file complaints so easily but fail to praise the people who stand out and go above and beyond. I made time for Ms. Arnesia today. “If you've never been to Griff's or had a Griff's burger, you gotta go! Their burgers are a little pricey compared to other fast food spots, but they're SOOOO good and well worth the money! I just went to Griff's recently, and I was very happy to see that they now also serve Jr. Griff's Burgers! These are basically slightly smaller Griff's Burgers that are much more affordable. The only real downside to Griff's is that they don't have as many locations as similar fast restaurants.“

“I typically come here during lunch hours while we're on the project up here, working on the road. And I've never had a bad experience with this particular CFA! Sure, there's a momentary wait time, but that's warned about after I order on the app, and it's one of THE busiest businesses in the entire area come lunch time! Being in one of the literal biggest non-CDL trucks, it's a little difficult to find a parking spot, but it's typically worth it when I walk in, wait 2-5 minutes for my meal to be handed to me, and take it back to the truck. My orders usually get delivered as I request them, and if there's an issue, it's a non-issue, and just the usual tasty item. I get what I order.
I usually grab the Grilled Chicken Club meal, and I'll add something extra, since my job is typically on-the-go, and I've yet to be disappointed, like I would from some other places. This CFA allows me to be able to survive the rest of the day on what I get from them.
Given the next few months, I'm pretty sure some of the employees may even get to know me by name and sight before we're done!
Thanks for all the good food and hard work yall do out there, CFA employees! I know some of my peers can be... less than appreciative or kind, but yall muscle through it all to deliver the quality of customer service and food I've come to love for the longest time.“

She even came to our table to make sure we enjoyed our meal and chatted with us for a few minutes. Eduardo always welcomes us with a big heart and a big smile. Truly great staff!

One thing we’ve always noticed about JC Burger House is how clean everything is—from the floors and tables to the bathrooms. It’s so refreshing to eat in such a well-kept environment.
