The banquet room was perfect, allowing everyone to sit and eat or get up to walk around and visit. We chose the “Munchies Feast” buffet and it was plenty of food. Open tab for beer and margaritas. I didn't remember until I was 15 minutes down the road!!!! I called and talked to Alex and asked him to hold my order until later that evening, I wasn't expecting him to remake it or anything because it was obviously my fault. “I wish I lived closer to this location because I would come here all the time. I took my grandmother and my toddler here for lunch and the service was wonderful. I wish I got his name, but I assume he was a manager, was incredibly nice and attentive to our table. He interacted with my son more than once and even brought him out some sour cream to help him enjoy his quesadilla more. He also brought him out an after lunch treat. It was very sweet and I don't receive that level of service from restaurants where you tip waiters so I really appreciated it.“

“Had a good experience, but a new employee working there for his first day was wearing blue jeans and a T-shirt with offensive and disturbing graphics printed on it with the words "Death Row" and I should not have been looking, but saw his pants go down far enough to see his underwear when I was looking around to see if the place is clean and sanitary looking. I am very serious about food safety and sanitary environments. Taco Bueno has high standards, but I don't like someone not in a uniform shirt with the Taco Bueno logo and no name tag and behaving in an unprofessional manner. I asked for the manager, and she took my order and patched things up. She is very nice and would definitely go back when she can take my order personally. When I pay the high prices at Taco Bueno, everything BETTER BE COMPLETE, CORRECT, and ALL PROCEDURES AND CORPORATE GUIDELINES FOLLOWED.“

“My son loves to stop by here. Normally if they can remember the tomatoes on his soft taco, he has a good experience. Not today.

Today, not to be accurate, we left his therapy and he wanted to stop, for context, he has autism.

We order. His order is always the same. Chicken soft taco, no lettuce, please don't forget the tomatoes. We order, as I'm ringing up, and stick my card in, she accidently billed me for a beef soft taco, not a chicken. Okay, she said she could bill me for extra chicken, almost 2 dollars. Um no.

So this draws out. Meanwhile I'm trying to work this out with her and my son is wondering around, and I'm trying to keep an eye on him. Okay, so finally, the difference from beef to chicken is 40 cents.

Okay, I don't want to charge 40 cents on my card, I dig around and find 25 cents. I told them after I got him settled, I'd go get the fifteen cents.

Okay, so let's just get past this and get the toppings. Oh, out of pico so I'd have to pay extra for tomatoes to make it myself with the other toppings, no thanks.

Forgets the taco (from my order) Great.

By this point I'm getting frustrated but I have t expressed it. I just go sit and eat.

Then I watch two employees walk in, one with a friend in pajamas. She just walks over and grabs a small cup and gets herself a drink and then grabs two two go side cups. Have no idea what she did with them, don't care.

My point is, it was literally a while ordeal over 40 cents, then no pico, then forget the taco, but any person can just walk in and walk out with a drink?

“Just very upset their ac was broke 4 days that I know.of last week and should have been shut down. The employees were working bless.them they do such a good job. I.called.corp and got the run around. Shame on Corp for not.renting a portable ac for them.“

“I ordered lunch today for our school group. It was a large order of 70 tacos and nearly 70 more burritos and we received incredible service! Not only was the order accurate, but the staff included napkins, hot sauce and plates for the group and even noticed that I drove up and rolled out my completed order to my vehicle to load before I even opened my car door. It was wonderful to work with Taco Casa. The portions are generous and the food is always delicious. Amazing service was the cherry on top today!“
