“We stumbled upon this spot and realized it’s actually Don Cafe’s second location—you can’t miss the owner’s familiar face on the window poster! This is a fantastic alternative to the original because it’s much less crowded, and they conveniently accept card payments. The sandwiches are just as delicious and consistent as the first shop. My only minor gripe is that the lighting is a bit darker here compared to the original.“

“This place is hands down one of the best halal spots I’ve been to. The food was fresh, flavorful, and you can tell everything is made with care. The meat was perfectly seasoned and cooked just right, and the portions were really generous for the price.

“We came to pick up Gluten Free bread for my daughter who needs to now be GF. We also prefer eating GF when possible. We had the rotisserie chicken sandwich with house made pickles and a cup of bone broth. BOTH were excellent! They also said they were seed oil free which is a game changer for us. We do NOT eat seed oils as much as possible. The bread has been fantastic also. Its a little pricey but i feel worth it for the quality you get.“

Service was little slow (you order at the counter and wait till its ready and they took around 15 minutes to get the order ready). Lady at the counter seemed least interested in dealing with the customers, no greetings and no hello hi and no suggestions and recommendations. Sandwiches we ordered were good but the milk tea was near pathetic. I liked their noodles. Cleanliness needed some attention. Overall it was not a bad experience.“

Very tasty with some mayo inside so the sandwiches were not dry. No need to buy dressing. Of course it’s a cafeteria so you order and take your own food to the table. Rates a 5 for food and cleanliness. If we have to, we will be back.“
