“My coworkers and I went to go eat lunch here, good food, good service but we were thrown off to see that we were all charged $8- $10 more than what the menu said. I asked the waitress why it was so expensive and she showed me that she charged us all for every refill we had at full price of the drink. We spent about $75 in total for three of us when it should’ve been about $50. We had Dr. Pepper and Tea. I’ve never been to a place where they charge per refill unless it was at the bar, and they don’t tell you that they will be doing so. Anyone who goes here to eat, get just the food and get a drink at the gas station.”

“Family owned business. They were very friendly and quite accommodating. We arrived at a time when most of their staff had left for the evening, but they still managed to hook us up with burgers and drinks. It was a little pricey, but I was willing to overlook that since it was a holiday weekend.”

“We were recommended to visit this restaurant and just made it before closing on Sunday—they shut their doors at 1:45 PM! This establishment, nearly a century old, continues to thrive for good reason. The menu offers a wide variety of choices, the service is excellent, and the food is superb. The only downside was that, due to it being Sunday, they had run out of some pies. However, the pies they did have were amazing!”

“Love this little place! Mother and daughter owned super sweet ladies. The coffee is great, and I LOVE the avocado toast (also great on a croissant!) Bring your laptop and zone out on studies or work! There isn't a drive-thru but it's still so much faster then the other shops in town. Highly recommend giving them a try!”

“We visited Mojo's several times while visiting Marble Falls. They have a lot of fun coffee options on the menu and can blend you up any combination of flavors you can dream up. The lines are often long but nice through pretty quickly. On the first of the month, they give out stickers.”

“We attended the latest wine pick-up party last Sunday 2/18/24. The day was absolutely beautiful, we chatted with some delightful couples, and we enjoyed the spuds and chili. We leisurely strolled the wine tasting and, as usual, it didn't disappoint in the least...even the new varietals. "Well done, Perissos!" We've been members of other area winery clubs, but Perissos is our only home now.”

So I chose the chicken bento box and it was everything I remembered of enjoying bento box food! For what one gets, the price was great! Bentos are the way to go to experience a bit of Japanese food. “Unusual much many choices unique and different from most of typical American ice cream shops. Hometown Ice Cream shop to go during summer or vacation. Among all assorted of ice cream cups, bars, and drink, liked the black sesame ice cream bars the most. Bought twice for 6 of them.”

“Easy to miss this little dive amongst all the small businesses surrounding 1431 in Kingsland, but made it my first destination of the day due to a recommendation as the best traditional Mexican restaurant in Kingsland. Firstly, this is a cash only (ATM within) and BYOB establishment. For the latter, no bar and I assume one can bring their own drinks but did not see anyone drinking beer. With 14 4 tops, the place is tiny and looks to be well managed and great staff. No frills dining interior but clean and plethora of decor. Service was friendly and attentive throughout. The menu is surprisingly very large so would be great to see how a small place executes during peak times. Traditional options only so if you're looking for fancy, this is not it. I ordered the tortilla soup, (3) Verde "green" enchiladas, half plate nachos, guac and queso. The chicken enchiladas were simply outstanding, perfectly seasoned pure white rotisserie chicken, with great tasting refried beans and rice. The verde sauce great. I got the standard queso which was okay. The guac was outstanding. The complimentary chips and salsa were okay. The Nachos need some help and were nothing special for the price $6.99. The soup was outstanding perfectly seasoned and plenty of chicken and avocados. Ticket time for entree was a timely 8min. Overall, I love family owned and operated businesses and recommend this one. While I'm sticking to 4* review, I simply need to come back to try other items for a complete review. Nice job owners. Will be back. Prices for entrees are good.”

The Oso salad was good, but a little spicy and the shredded lettuce made it a challenge to eat.The beers were great and the wait staff was helpful and kind. “Absolutely delicious! Eight people in our group, ages 8-43 years and everyone loved their breakfast. Some of the best breakfast tacos/burritos we have ever had. The flour tortillas were to die for. The breakfast plates are pretty big. Couldn’t finish mine but the refried beans ?!! Also the breakfast burritos are a great traditional size, not small, and full of ingredients! We are traveling thru today and so glad we stopped at this food truck! Don’t pass it up, it’s amazing.”

“Great breakfast burritos! This is a true family business. Everyone from the grandparents (Chuspy) down to their grandson works here. I have only been for breakfast but I love it. They are always just enough food and they taste great. You go in and it’s build your own style. I love that I get to pick my favorite options ( I love bacon- sausage- eggs- cheese - with the jalapeno salsa). Next visit I am trying the chorizo! - make the stop support a local place. They are great.”

“The food has always been very good at Rea's Bar & Grill. All three of us were very satisfied.The meals were served hot with seasoned fries, which were excellent.The only issue we had was that the service was slow. No one asked me if I wanted another adult beverage.We will return to the restaurant. The food is excellent and will not send you to the poor house.”

“The name is a perfect description. No gimmicks, no foo foo. Just good service with a smile with a pretty decent beer selection at pretty decent prices. The wine list is much better than expected too. We got a Rueben sandwich and it made this ex-NYer very happy. Simple picnic tables but on a nice day you can sit on the lawn outside. The atmosphere is simple so don't think this is some sort of 'experience' - it is a really cool, really chill, beer hall with positive vibes.”
