“I've lived in Austin for almost 30 years and just had Pinthouse pizza for the first time two nights ago at a FIFA-watching party. What the heck was I doing not eating this pizza before? I had never heard of it. It's excellent!!! I'm a born and raised Chicagoan and know my pizza. This pizza truly is worth having. I'll be ordering it next time I'm in the mood for some pie.“

“They have the worst calzones. The dough is horrible, the ricotta is horrible and the pizza sauce is horrible. Paid $30 for two calzones to not even be able to eat much of it because it made me nauseous and tore up my stomach. This will be my last time to eat there and if I could have given it zero stars I would have. Me and my husband both threw most of it in the trash. Complete waste of money“

Last I was here, I enjoyed a pepperoni pizza, topped with fresh basil and pickled peppers. The peppers had a pleasant kick, and the pie was a solid size[1]. I recommend enjoying your pizza on-site, right away[2].
Seating-wise, there's a shared yard with lots of seating. One of the neighbors is Cork & Screw, where you buy wine by the bottle. You an indoor cat, or need a bathroom? Head to the house next to the Sammataro truck.
Worth a visit.

[1] Couldn't finish the whole thing! Since I was flying out that day and didn't want to throw out delicious pizza, I sheepishly offered them to folks at the next table, who happily took them.

“I’m someone who loves pizza and a salad. Unfortunately, I cant just pop in by myself to get that little combo bc they only have pricey gigantic salads. Would be great if there was a half size for like $8-10. Then I might come back to grab that and a slice.
Also, last visit I went with my partner and had weird service. Idk if I was gaslit lol. I ordered a salad and sub for myself. My partner ordered two slices of pizza.
My salad and sub came out. Waited literally 30m for the two slices of pizza. So my partner pretty much watched me eat for half an hour. When I inquired about the pizza slices for my partner, the server said “yeah the chefs do that intentionally so you can enjoy the salad and sandwich first”. Who splits a sandwich before sharing a slice of pizza? Clearly they were running way behind and just acknowledgement (maybe an apology) would have been enough. Instead I was annoyed and felt crazy.
Regarding the meatball sub - the bread was super hard like cut the top of your mouth hard. Meatball was super tender but lacked ?herbs.“

“I’ve been here many times and have always loved this place. The food is great, and the interior is super cute. However, I came in last night at 9:34pm and, instead of being welcomed, I was immediately greeted with, “We close at 10.” Since they were no longer seating guests, I ordered a pizza to go. While I waited, I went to the bar to order a drink, but I was told I couldn’t get the orange creamsicle because the frozen drink machines had already been shut down for the night.
I understand that closing tasks need to begin before closing time, but it was disappointing to feel rushed and have menu items unavailable while the restaurant was still open. I was not aware that we wouldn’t be able to be seated as the closing time online says 10pm. It definitely took away from what has always been a great experience for me.“

“Visiting from Auburn, Alabama and decided to check out Love Supreme. The manager gave us a run down of the menu. They have an experienced chef who makes everything in-house. We ordered a pepperoni pizza and it came with a side of homemade ranch that was amazing. The food came out hot and in a timely. The manager checked on us to make sure we had a great experience. There is only ONE Love Supreme, so if you are in Austin, Texas, we highly recommend checking it out. You will not be disappointed.“

“we had the most amazing time at il brutto celebrating my best friends bachelorette weekend. the food was amazing, the atmosphere was exactly what we were looking for and the service was second to none. i wanted to specifically appreciate the hostess, ally. we had an incident of a bird pooping on the brides white dress which could have been an absolute nightmare. ally overheard the group talking about this and she promptly brought a tide to go spray to the bathroom to the rescue. we would absolutely recommend this restaurant to anyone wanting an amazing night out with great food!“

“Tried for first time here in Buda from friends recommendation. It was busy Saturday night but got our appetizers in less than 10 minutes! Garlic knots were good, also got the fried zucchini yum and the sauce was great. 12 or more draft beers and sample offered Nice! We got the carnivore and margarita, liked the crust- margarita needed a little more flavor but still was good. Lots of staff keeping it clean and asking if anything else needed! I definitely recommend it, and I will be back. Welcome to Buda!“
