McDonald's in Temple

“This is the first time I have been to this McDonald's and I was completely shocked when I walked into the place! The place was immaculently clean, and there literally was a huge difference between this McDonald's and every other McDonald's I've been to. The atmosphere is very different in a GREAT WAY! it felt a little more upscale because of the cleanliness of it. the staff were on top of EVERYTHING, it's very organized, easy and runs smoothly. I looked around at the customers, each looking very content. It's just a happy, comfortable, easy-going environment right when you walk in there. Other McDonald's you walk into are a little more crazy and chaotic. This one is completely opposite, and I loved it! I will be returning to this McDonald's. In fact, this will be my new go-to McDonald's! Even the bags they use are more upscale.

“The kids at lunch are obnoxious and sound ridiculous when they speak. But the management team here is awesome not something you see in fast food, some kids took my lunch, while I waited a long time, they made thus right remaking it and offering a refund, exceptional service“

“Story time - went thru drive thru forgot to order a coke. Went inside. Not to be greeted by the front staff including the manager who all just stood there at the registers. Finally Jailynn came and took my order. Very sweet I really appreciate you taking the time to take my order for a coke I forgot to order in drive thru.“

“This McDonald’s in Temple is easily one of the best locations around. During the day, the service is consistently quick, friendly, and professional — and even at night, when the drive-thru lines often wrap around both lanes, the team still manages to keep things moving and deliver quality service.

I want to especially recognize Rebecca, who is one of the hardest-working employees I’ve seen. Whether it’s early morning or late at night, she’s always on her feet, staying organized, helping customers, and making sure everything runs smoothly. Her dedication and positive attitude really stand out.

I also want to shine light on Du’Quavion, who does an outstanding job keeping up with the fast pace, staying focused under pressure, and always treating customers with respect and professionalism. He’s quick, efficient, and you can tell he takes pride in doing things right — qualities that really make a difference during those busy night shifts.

The kitchen team also deserves credit for their consistency. Orders come out hot, fresh, and accurate with little to no mistakes — which says a lot about their teamwork and attention to detail.

If there’s one area for improvement, it would be adding a bit more night-time management support or staffing to help keep the drive-thru moving even faster during the rushes. Other than that, this location is excellent overall, with a hardworking and dedicated team that deserves recognition for their effort and professionalism.“
