“I want to give this McDonald’s in Temple Texas 5 stars for two specific McDonald employees, Red and Mya. Even though the system crashed due to the last day of spring break, Uber Eats drivers, Door Dash Drivers, curbside pickup, drive thru orders and walk in orders, these employees, Mya and Red never once raised their voices at any customers. There were at least 100 orders from people at once which crashed the entire system, so Red and Mya personally made, with the help of the kitchen staff, every order warm, with efficiency and expeditiously. Also, if an item was missing from any customers order, Red and Mya would be sure to handle that customer first, then Door Dash and Uber Eats. It was extremely over crowded, but Red and Mya handled each customer with love and respect.“
“This is the first time I have been to this McDonald's and I was completely shocked when I walked into the place! The place was immaculently clean, and there literally was a huge difference between this McDonald's and every other McDonald's I've been to. The atmosphere is very different in a GREAT WAY! it felt a little more upscale because of the cleanliness of it. the staff were on top of EVERYTHING, it's very organized, easy and runs smoothly. I looked around at the customers, each looking very content. It's just a happy, comfortable, easy-going environment right when you walk in there. Other McDonald's you walk into are a little more crazy and chaotic. This one is completely opposite, and I loved it! I will be returning to this McDonald's. In fact, this will be my new go-to McDonald's! Even the bags they use are more upscale.
