“My drinks were great- the Gorda margarita and my michelada! I got the Mexican Plate by Chuy which was a smorgasbord of tamales, chips and guacamole, dried beef and chicharones. The chicharones! Omg! I will be going back especially for that because it was so delicious! Crispy delicious pork nuggets haha.“

“Friendly staff, casual colorful atmosphere, food was delicious, iced tea (1/2 &1/2) was great, salsa (red and green) awesome, chips good. Desserts and adult drinks served but did not have any this trip. Easy to find location at 1st and Ave H. My mother (super duper critical about food) gave it the thumbs up too. Will definitely be visiting again. Yum! 😋“

“Excellent 1/2 chicken with excellent onion, usual sides. I missed living in the neighborhood near the #2 North Lamar location. I stopped by at a slow time of day, polite staff and great food. Took to go, but the place was clean and ready for business later on in the day. Grabbed a couple neighborhood newspapers as I left.“
“We were driving many miles to eat our Honduran food, until I was able to find this place where I found the best baliadas I have eaten in the area, and they are super baliadas with an incredible and truly catracho flavor, the chicken with slices is a delight. The service is the best you can expect, very clean, I stay here because I know that this is the place I was looking for. Highly recommended and I would gladly visit them again.“

“This place is awesome! We’ve had them cater numerous events for us, and we always get a ton of compliments. Their food is so authentic and delicious! Also, they make some special dishes on Sunday only at the food truck location, and you HAVE to go try it… Highly Recommend!“

“Their red salsa is so good that we started buying it from them in 32oz cups to take home, which may be why they’re being stingier with salsa these days. I get the same thing every time now, a fajita burrito with extra salsa, and it’s good every time. I’ve tried burritos from most of the other affordable Mexican food places around and these are my favorite by far. Hope they don’t change the recipe like the one in Belton apparently did!
I pay for food and I want to enjoy it, I don’t care about the atmosphere. They’ve always been extremely friendly to myself and my family though, so I’d say the service is great.“

“I love Mexican Grille 2! The food is excellent, the service is wonderful, and the atmosphere is pleasant!! My coworkers and I order breakfast tacos almost every day and have enjoyed them every time. The only complaint is that lately for about 2 weeks our tacos are all messed up and extremely sloppy. The queso is always cold. Either way the food is always tasty. We will continue to order in hopes that our orders will start to be correct. Also get a pop they are always crisp and delicious!!!“

“The best pollo asado and sides in town! This trailer is a gem. They also have fantastic carnitas & costillas (but those sell out quickly). These guys are hard working, super friendly, and have their grill set up for 5 stars every time. Plus, the price is right!“

“the food was more of a 4 and a half so better than most tex-mex ive tried and the service was amazing. Greeted as soon as i entered the building and met with one of the best servers ive had(her name is sophia btw). the decor could use some work but other than that 10/10 would recommend.

“Went in today and was greeted by the sweetest young man and his coworker. My order was take, I paid for it and watched the young man make my food. He and his coworker(also a male) were so inviting in conversation and my my food was FRESH, HOT AND YUMMY! “Hello, my name is Lucifer I’m a US Marshal this establishment was the cleanest that I’ve ever seen. It was so clean that even the sauces were organized over layered like a deck of cards in every container that is a salute to Miss Michelle, and as far as my mail that seem to be perfectly neatly wrapped was the cook named Kiki, I highly recommend this establishment. Customer service was perfect. It’s very hard to find establishments like that nowadays.“
