I had the baked salmon roll and tempura combo. The roll just melts in your mouth with some delicious sweet yet savory after taste. The tempura was crispy and cooked very well. We also had the California roll, and the dragon roll. Along with egg rolls and gyoza. Yummmy 🥰🥰🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤

Had fried squid for an appetizer. Some of the better fried squid I’ve had in a while. I’d say it was better than Mr Max.

Had the sushi and ramen for my lunch entree. Sushi had a nice presentation and tasted great. Nigiri was on the small side (both rice and fish). The ramen portion, on the other hand, was pretty big. The slices of pork had a deep, smoky, rich flavor. The half egg on top was hard boiled not soft boiled. Something was a bit off with the noodle texture, perhaps a little overcooked?“

“I love Kanzi, it’s my favorite sushi place in Dallas! The inside is very nice and the atmosphere is great! They have outdoor seating too, and it’s nice that if you’re sitting outside you have a view of the lake. The servers are very friendly and helpful, and the food is among the best I have eaten here in Dallas. They also have some unique rolls, and the prices are very good for the quality. They also have an assortment of delicious hibachi meals, and even scallops that are a very good deal for the price, and taste amazing too! The kids got a big kick out of sitting on floor pillows for dinner. The menu is extensive with Korean and Japanese items — including hibachi and sushi! Everything is reasonably priced and is meant to be a fast casual dine-in or takeout spot. So Carrollton folks — if you find yourself going to Sushi Kadan or another neighborhood joint — try this one out too! We have another spot for a tasty and healthy dinner. Kid friendly too! “We do hibachi every year for Christmas Day. This was our first time here. We will definitely be back!!! The food, quantity, staff and especially our Chef Matt aka Sugar, was A+++. We had a group of 8. Our chef was very entertaining and fun to talk with. We have a foundation and had extra gifts left over so while we were there every child got a gift, even staff who had kids had something to take home. Thank you everyone for making our Christmas fun“

“My favorite sushi place so far! The ambiance and decorations are really cute. We walked in and were sat in less than 2 minutes. The owner/manager greeted us and was really involved throughout the restaurant with the servers. We ordered tempura and 3 sushi rolls. We were pleasantly surprised with the quality of the rolls and the manager even offered us a cute orange cut into the shape of a bear! Service was 10/10. Would come back!!“

“Lillian was very helpful to me, recommending the salmon avocado salad, which hit the spot! I also ordered the tuna tataki, which was seared just right, seasoned perfectly, and came with seaweed salad. Altogether a great meal. “I've never had a 'no rice' roll but after having the Flower Roll, Caesar Roll and Royce roll I'm sold. The concept of a sushi roll with no rice or seaweed or soy paper may sound strange, but Oishii rolls are fantastic.

The Flower Roll is wrapped in tuna that is pounded flat with a tasty all fish filling topped with guacamole and more fish! The flavors and quality of the seafood were a 10. Maybe one if not the best sushi roll I've ever had 😉

“Delicious when we dined in and this time when we did take out! Seaweed salad, avocado roll, tuna roll, salmon roll, inari maki roll, and yaki soba! All delicious. Inari maki is unique, and the taste was so balanced and delectable! And ready in 20 minutes!
