“The veggies were fresh, the beef was tender, the curry was amazing. Prices are reasonable and the food is spectacular. Service was good, even short-staffed. Our server made time to talk to us and give suggestions. Definitely recommend. We WILL be back.“

“Nice little cozy Thai restaurant. Service is fast and staff very friendly. Food itself is fantastic. We tried Thai Basil Fried rice, Red Curry, Yellow Curry with Katsu style fried chicken. Be sure to order spice level 4 or 5. We preferred the taste when we ate there versus ordering to go.“

“I've had mixed opinions on W&W over the past several years. The food is pretty good - not amazing, but a good value. Particularly if you get any of their specials, like Buy 2 get 1 on Sun-Thu, or the lunch special with a couple Maki rolls and soup for about $10.
Today, though, I tried the Chirashi for the first time. Perfectly cooked rice with a ton of fresh fish on top. A wide variety, too. I will be back often specifically for this.
The wide menu options, covering both Japanese and Chinese food (not to mention Pad Thai) ensures everyone will find something to make them happy.“

“Our family goes here all the time when we’re craving some authentic Thai food. It’s definitely the best in the DFW metroplex and the fact that they’ve been around for almost 40 years is a testament to their quality and service. You feel like you’re part of the family as soon as you sit down. The owner and his family are always walking around asking if you need anything. Their wait staff is also great, especially Ariana. Try this place out if you want great Thai food at reasonable prices. We love this place!“

“Comfortable, clean, airy little place in Frisco. The server was kind, knowledgeable about all the dishes, and attentive without hovering. I was thrilled they had so many vegan options, including desserts. I had the curry bento lunch special with massaman curry and tofu (outstanding, savory). It came with two spring rolls (fresh, crunchy), a tiny house salad with peanut sauce, and fluffy white rice. It was great to be able to try multiple items for the price of one lunch entree. Will definitely be back!“

“The food was absolutely delicious! We tried the green curry, beef pho, and crispy-wrapped shrimp. The shrimp was perfectly crispy and full of flavor, definitely a highlight. The green curry was rich and creamy, packed with fresh vegetables, and I couldn’t get enough of it. My husband also really enjoyed the pho; it had a great balance of flavors, and he highly recommends it. We’re already looking forward to coming back and trying more items from the menu!“

“?Drunken Noodles (Pad Kee Mao) and the Mango and Sticky Rice are my favorites! I’m picky about drunken noodles and theirs was really good. The mango was fresh and perfect ripeness, and the sticky rice and coconut milk sauce were delicious. Order while it lasts since mango season is almost over. The host/waiter was very friendly and the wait time for takeout was only about 10-15 min. ??“

“Thai soon was our must go-to Thai spot back in 1987 on Greenville Ave. We lost contact after we moved up to North Collin County—until my wife took a wrong turn in Richardson and discovered it again! Same iconic portrait of Mrs. Soon, same amazing delicious food. I went the next day for corn patties, like “MC Hammer” you can’t touch this!!! And it’s still the best Thai in Dallas. Clean, always fresh, flavorful, generous portions, friendly service, and unbeatable prices. After 30+ years, Thai soon still delivers yummy!“

“CELIACS THIS PLACE IS FOR YOU!
It is SO hard finding a restaurant that truly understands cross-contamination and ensuring the food is safe.
Paul was so knowledgeable and helpful suggesting the subs I could make for gluten free. He even went to talk to the kitchen about my order so it was prepared safely.
I subbed the miso tofu in my dishes to avoid the fryer and when I tried to send my tofu noodle bowl back because it had fried onions on it, they explained they make their own fried shallots in a pan instead of the fryer. I have never seen safe fried onions before!
And I was also told their system saves orders so I don’t have to explain/repeat the process every time, just every time I modify something new.
They are definitely now a go-to for SAFE and AMAZING food.“

“I visited the restaurant today and had an amazing experience. Our server sara was so friendly and bubbly it genuinely lightened up my mood! I am very shocked to see the review i see about her because i don’t believe it is a reflection of her. Regarding the food. Just WOW! it was truly a feast to say the least! I ordered a Red Curry and i have to say it was the most delicious thing I have ever tasted! Even though it was busy all servers kept checking our table even the manager came and checked on us! I would recommend this place to everyone that comes by it!“

“Absolutely terrible manager! Please avoid this restaurant at all costs if you value good customer service. I'm still in disbelief! We ordered around $170 worth of food. Our only mistake was sharing a few sips from my refillable cup with my friend. That's it! The manager overreacted, making a huge scene, even though I apologized and offered to pay for the additional drinks. We ended up paying for three extra drinks. I have the receipt to prove it. ** Yet, he still called the police on us! ** The police officer was literally laughing when we explained why the manager called him. Let me elaborate to make it clear that I'm not just biased against him. We were a group of six. Initially, we had a friendly guy at the counter who offered suggestions and helped us navigate the menu since we're not familiar with Thai food. However, the manager suddenly took over, removed the friendly staff member, and behaved erratically, as if he was drunk (though I'm not saying he was drunk). He refused to offer suggestions. When we asked like what manu is popular here, or what should we order, he said every time that thats our own choice. The waiter served our food quickly and then disappeared for the rest of our meal. He went out of the restaurant. The manager literally reminded us three times that the waiter was gone and that we should leave a tip on the counter for him if we wanted to. OMG!! It was as if it was a crime to start eating without giving a tip! When the manager noticed us sharing drinks from the refillable cup, he became rude and confrontational, saying it was against their store policy. I apologized and offered to pay for it, but one of my friends protested slightly, feeling humiliated by the manager's behavior. Then he got furious. He started shouting at us. We paid for the additional drink, didn't finish our food, and were ready to leave. However, I wanted to report his behavior, so I asked for his name. He refused to provide any information about himself or his superiors, repeatedly stating that he was the manager and the only one we could talk to. Then I tried to take a photo of him for our reference. He immediately called 911. He showed no respect or value for customers. This is not the kind of manager any restaurant would want! Absolutely the worst!“

“Ordered via door dash so no experience inside the location but I know the Dasher didn't have a long wait to pick up the food. Everything was delish. The summer rolls could have used a could different vegetables as they were lettuce heavy but the peanut sauce was good. The rib bites and the red curry soup were both excellent.“

“I googled and found this restaurant as I wanted to try a different Thai restaurant. I ordered takeout and I ordered shrimp basil rice, 3 flavored fish and veggie spring rolls. I was pleasantly surprised by how much food you get for the price. The portions size were pretty big in comparison to the other Thai restaurants I have tried here since moving to Texas. The veggie spring rolls for so good. And I think it was 6-8 of them in the container, the 3 flavored fish was really good it had a nice crisp and the sauce was delicious. The fish is Swai for reference. Now the only issue that I had was that the shrimp seemed to be “ frozen pre cooked shrimp” and not fresh shrimp. It didn’t make the rice awful but it did seem weird, any person who eat seafood regularly would understand what I am saying. Pre cooked shrimp from a bag is much different then fresh shrimp that is cooked into the rice. The rice is seasoned and has a darker color than what you would see at most of the Thai restaurants around north Dallas. If they would switch out the cooked shrimp they would literally be the best restaurant in McKinney easily.“

“The service was excellent, and the food was very good. I like spicy (TexMex) food. Asked for a 4 on the heat scale. Next time I will go a bit higher. I forget if the Thai scale is 1-6 or 1-5. I like mine right next to the top of the scale. Pricing is very good as well. Clean ambiance and men’s room. I will definitely be back“

“My 2nd time there in a month. Amazing Thai food and friendly, attentive staff in a lush setting. My only ask would be that they play Thai music like Khun Narin or Cambodian music like Dengue Fever to compliment the theming and decor. But other than that, 5 stars!“

“A fine Asian dining experience near I35 and 121 business! I told them medium spicy and they delivered! Delicious! When I eat at Panda I need to eat the black peppers to get a sufficient level of spicy. This place, not so. This place is 1000% better than Panda. A slightly humble atmosphere but quiet and clean. I loved it! My new favorite!“

“This is a small but quant corner, you have a variety of stores Tom Thumb being one of them. Then you have numerous eating places like on the border, some kind of Chinese one on the same square as On The Border and many others. Plus you have Chase Bank. You can get in and out from three different sides, coming off of the Dallas Tollway, Parker road or the first street after the Tollway. Makes it convenient and fast to get in and out of there.“

“This was our first time trying this restaurant, and it exceeded our expectations. We sat outside on the patio near the water feature. The atmosphere was very romantic. Jordan provided outstanding service. The food & drinks were exemplary. Highly recommend the Ginger Mule, Lemon Drop Martini, Prawn Pad Thai, Sticky rice, and Grilled Pork Spare Ribs!
