“GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! The barista named Jaden was so sweet, she went out of her way to find a drink I was looking for (was looking fir a while) and when I got it she made sure it was to my liking. Will definitely come back, thank you Jaden!!“
“I didn't get out of the car bc my friend bought everyone's coffee that day, but the small, fenced, outdoor seating looked nice with shaded tables to sit. It was very clean 👍 We didn't wait long at all. The order came to us quickly, so the service was great.
Parking: Parking is free, but inadequate, every spot was filled, we literally had to wait until a car was about to leave, then pull up close enough behind them to keep anyone from sweeping in front of us. It k“
“I don’t write this lightly. I’ve been to Starbucks across continents, airport counters in Europe, back-alley outposts in Asia, the corporate flagships in big U.S. cities. I’ve been a loyal customer since the early days, when half my graduate school routine was fueled by a barista and a venti. So when I say this might be the best Starbucks in Texas and quite possibly the United States, it comes with receipts.
I’ve held off for four months before writing this review, just to see if the shine would fade. It hasn’t. This store runs like a symphony under pressure. It’s one of the busiest Starbucks I’ve ever stepped into, and yet service is flawless: real smiles, great attitude, drinks made right, and a space that stays clean no matter the chaos. They rarely run out of anything. On the off chance they do, it’s back the next day. That kind of consistency doesn’t happen by accident, it’s culture, it’s discipline, it’s pride in the craft.
Now, one note for corporate: we’re in Texas. Horchata should not be a seasonal flavor. It’s a year-round staple here. And if pumpkin and eggnog keep making the holiday rotation, let’s see some Coquito on the menu, this community would embrace it in a heartbeat.
This Starbucks is my default, even though another location is the same distance from my house. That says everything.“
“Great staff, I order on the app often as I work nearby as well, staff is quick, friendly, knowledgeable & has a great attitude! Thanks again y’all, always great food & coffee or tea. Much appreciated for the morning pick me up’s, I feel like a millionaire first thing in the morning!“
“I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for three years now, and I just had to take a moment to compliment the staff. They are consistently friendly, welcoming, and make every visit enjoyable. I come here every morning, without fail (and yes, that’s over 1,000 visits!), and the level of customer service has never wavered. I want to give a special shoutout to Cheryl—she is absolutely fantastic! Not only is she super friendly, but she also goes out of her way to remember customers’ names and orders. She’s made my mornings so much better, and I’m sure many others would say the same.
This Starbucks is a popular spot for people who like to work, so if that’s your plan, I recommend getting here early to snag a good seat. It can get crowded, especially in the mornings, and occasionally there’s a run club that fills up the space (about once a month). If you want to avoid the crowds and have a quieter place to work, try arriving before 9am.
As for the food, I highly recommend the egg white bites and their bagels. They recently updated the bagel recipe, and it’s super fluffy and delicious. It’s a small change that really makes a big difference!“
“This place is always popping but come on it’s Starbies!
What says family bonding like a day at the mall? The Woodlands is lucky enough to still have a mall that is full of life and two stories of a wide variety of stores. I love to go here.
While shopping and the kids screaming and the credit cards racking up, just head on over to this location on the bottom floor and sooth yourself with a hot coffee. ☕️
Don’t let the line scare you because these baristas know what they are doing and you will have your drink in hand in no time to be able to tackle the stores again.
I recommend the chocolate croissant 🥐 as well.“
“I like ordering ahead on the app because 90% of the time by the time I get there my order is ready. Drive through line can get horrendous at times but it doesn’t bother me. I can’t imagine the pollution that is caused by all of these drivers waiting for their coffee on Sunday afternoon though.“
“Like any other Starbucks they offer variety of coffee and tea beverages along with pastries and snacks. I’m not the biggest fan of their breakfast but I’m a bit picky. Service at this location has always been great. Friendly and courteous employees.“
“Every now and again, I stopped in for some coffee…and the staff is always welcoming, prompted and friendly. Today, they were extra helpful. I lost my car keys and we looked & looked for them. Thankfully, a gentleman looked down the hole on the counter and there they were – “the abyss holeâ€. The staff was so grateful to retrieve my keys (which wasn't easy). Thank you gals/guys for your kindness and support!“
“I came here the other day with my daughter. I got the mocha cookie crumble frappe and my daughter for the vanilla bean one. Our drinks were perfect and we were in target of course so able to walk around and enjoy them while doing some shopping which was great of course!“
“It is truly unbelievable how fast orders are filled at the drive-through, and I have never experienced a mistake with an order. The line of cars moves swiftly and efficiently. Employees are delightfully friendly. I could give this location five stars if only they would clean the dirty window glass at the drive-through window and the grubby, moldy metal window frame. So unappetizing. And that ginger plant that scrapes the side of my car at every visit? Trim it back, please!“
“Been going to this Starbucks since it opened many years ago. It’s still my favorite in the area. Jeff and crew are friendly, helpful, and make great coffee and other Starbucks beverages ??
