“Great hidden gem in Trophy Club. I was in the area and decided I wanted a chocolate shake. I walked in and saw the store was very clean. There are a few tables to sit at both of inside and out. The menu board behind the ice cream counter is very clear and easy to read. The owner and his son were working, were both very pleasant and helpful. I ordered a chocolate shake and was asked if I wanted my shake with chocolate ice cream or vanilla with chocolate syrup. I appreciated this because most places won't ask and don't know that vanilla ice cream and syrup makes it a black& white shake. I always go with chicken chocolate ice cream.
If you have a chance stop by for an afternoon treat it dessert after dinner.“

“A good place to have frozen custard just outside downtown Grapevine. They have an extensive menu with a variety of Sundaes, Shakes and Waffles. In general you can upgrade any of your choices. They also have smaller options for kids. Mind that they don't have dine in service, only drive through and carry out.“

So looked for a cupcake place near by and came across Smallcakes.

Thankfully they were open late so we stopped by. Everyone was friendly. Place was neat and clean.

I got a cupcake smash. Cut in two horizontally with a scoop of ice cream in the middle all in a cup. Was delicious.

Took a few more home for the family. Was a true treat. We’ll be back.“

“My daughter ordered a sundae and got it while my banana split was being made. She noticed the nuts were not the almonds they have used in the past and checked, telling me to ask for almonds on my split.

I caught the server before he added the nuts and asked that he use almonds. One of the other servers asked, and I told her I had a pecan allergy. She turned and told him to go clean the spoon to make sure there was no cross contamination.

I did not have my inhaler or epipen with me. The concern shown and speed of changing my order could possibly have made the difference on me being alive to write this review.

“Under new ownership! The change is amazing and definitely noticeable. A much needed new scene for Watauga. Very welcoming and inviting for any age groups. They have over 20+ flavors of ice creams as well as over 20+ types of mix ins. Also the CLEANEST food establishment that I’ve ever been to. The staffs are super friendly and clean, wipes everything down, from the doors you enter/exit, to the tables AND chairs you sit at. 10/10 experience. Delicious, fresh flavors. My go to is either the banana toffee or the butter pecan pretzel toffee. Butter Pecan Ice Cream or Banana Ice Cream w/ caramel and Heath bar, and add pretzels for the sweet and salty combo! Yummm. If you are ever on Denton Hwy, or going to target, you literally cannot miss them! They’ve got a new sign to establish new ownership.“

I had the classic $9.99 combo with organic strawberry dragonfruit drink 🙌🏽 and the free shake and I am so blown away.🤩 Everything was so delicious I ate it so fast and wished I had eaten slower afterwards.🤣 I suggest to savor it all slowly when you eat it.The toasted potato bun was so soft, beef 100% real, signature sauce is A+++++ and the fries are the best fries ever. “This is without doubt the coldest ice cream around partly because they have to briefly dip the mixture in dry ice. This is what creates the perfect little beads. I love the cookies and cream and mint chocolate chip. A must have when the Texas heat makes you hungry.“

“Don't go on a Saturday night after 9pm. Too many people, unruly and rude teenagers being loud with curse words. You can tell the staff is overly busy so I can't fault them too much but 2 shift mgrs should have had a better grip service situation. Some of the kids behind the counter looked lost and overwhelmed. Braums is a great family place to enjoy a snack but if disrespectful people keep flooding in with attitudes with no parents around because they get to stay out with friends late and cause havoc, Braums should require under 18 to have a parent. Don't let Braums be ruined by stupid people.“

“Stopped in here last night for a cool treat on a hot night. Many different flavor to choose from and you can add in mixes of candy, fruits, or nuts (pro-tip: add the cake pieces and thank me later). The service was excellent and the staff was willing to make a cool off-menu concoction for me. Highly recommended!“
