“I've been ordering whole bean (delivery) from White Rock for close to a year now. I grind my own beans at home for espresso, pour-over, drip, and the occasional overnight cold brew. Their beans always arrive promptly, recently roasted, and in good condition. Very tasty (northern italian espresso is my favorite) product and the staff answered questions I had when trying to settle on a selection. Highly recommend.”

“We had an absolutely fantastic experience at Sachet. Even without reservations, the restaurant manager, Belen, went above and beyond to make sure we were seated and well taken care of. Her warmth and hospitality truly set the tone for the evening, and the customer service throughout our visit was top notch.

The drinks were excellent. My Aperol Spritz was perfectly balanced, and my husband enjoyed a lovely Nebbiolo from their thoughtfully curated wine list.

The food was incredible across the board. The roasted cauliflower with citrus, olives, black chickpeas, hummus, and almond gremolata was bursting with flavor and easily one of my favorite takes on roasted cauliflower. The marinated olives were the perfect starter and paired beautifully with our drinks. The tagliatelle with lump crab, fresno chile, marcona almonds, and mint was rich, elegant, and cooked perfectly. The Texas Wagyu steak frites was incredibly tender and a true standout.

Every bite was memorable and absolutely worthy of a return visit. We loved our experience so much that, at Belen’s recommendation, we also dined at their sister restaurant, Gemma. If you’re looking for elevated Mediterranean cuisine with exceptional service, this is the place. We can’t wait to come back.🤗”

“I loved this restaurant when I first ate here 28 years ago. I moved away but was in Dallas last night so I made a reservation and it was even more amazing than I remembered. The service was impeccable. Our waiter Charlie was amazing and recommended the best wine pairings but the food… ah the food…. Let’s just say if I ever have a “last meal” I would want it to be this. I got the champagne Brie soup, the Filet Rossini and flourless chocolate cake. Each bite was perfection. Seriously, one of the best meals of my life. Hope it doesn’t take another 28 years to return. “If you order an item with Truffles prepare for a delightful meal. You wont have to search for the flavor, smell or the actual truffle.... your dish will have so much truffle - it was delishious. “5 stars all around for Wild Salsa in downtown Dallas. Visited a few weeks ago, and we arrived after the noon rush as we were told they can be rather busy during peak times. We both chose taco dishes, with my wife having Wild Tacos and I chose the Grilled Mahi Mahi. The meals came with cilantro rice and black beans as well as chips and salsa verde. Couldn't have been happier with our meals. Lot's of flavor, the food arrived hot and was presented well.

If you follow us, you know we travell lots, and I need to add that the restrooms were both pretty clean and tidy. So very impoortant for travellers. Keep up the good work, Wild Salsa”

“We walked in to pick up a to go order and were warmly greeted. The server was kind to share some of the restaurant history and asked for a review, which as business owners, we like to oblige and want to help other businesses. He threw in a mango lassi with our order, which was not expected and SO delicious. All of our food was AMAZING and enough to have for lunch the next day. We ordered garlic naan, Gobi 65, Malabar with beef and veggies, chicken and lamb biryani.”
