“I've been ordering whole bean (delivery) from White Rock for close to a year now. I grind my own beans at home for espresso, pour-over, drip, and the occasional overnight cold brew. Their beans always arrive promptly, recently roasted, and in good condition. Very tasty (northern italian espresso is my favorite) product and the staff answered questions I had when trying to settle on a selection. Highly recommend.“

“My husband and I tried the new Arwa Yemeni Coffee House today. The setting is so beautifully done and shares some of the Yemen's country and culture. We tasted the Sample + Treats. The coffee and teas were very delicious and flavorful. We were a bit confused by the setup like coffee, tea, coffee, and tea. The gentleman said the one was red tea but had milk in it so we didn't understand which was which. Labels might help. We are not too familiar with Yemen and their culture except what we have seen on Itchy Boots (youtube) so this was a nice treat! Definitely already planning our next brunch date with Arwa 🥰“

“EVERYTHING about this pace was top notch. You’d think John Taffer from Bar Rescue had been here before. Service - friendly, prompt, informative. Vibe - a whole vibe. The singer during brunch, Rebecca Dena has an angel’s voice. We never felt rushed, got great recommendations on the menu and felt welcome and appreciated the whole time. Our server, Coco, was beyond amazing. As a business owner myself I’d try to steal her away if I didn’t know she and the owners are family. You can tell when management cares - when owners are present and care. This will be a staple every time I visit Dallas. Had the chicken and waffles and my greedy cousin (lol) had the Rasta Pasta and some special velvet waffle. All excellent choices. I’m a fan. 5 stars.“

“Definitely a little whole in the wall shop. The first thing you walk into is a motorcycle staged by the door and chalk work along the wall behind it. There's different styles of seating, and probably because of the time of day, there was plenty of seating. I got a classic white chocolate mocha, and it was deliciously rich. Paired it with an omelet bagel, and I know I will be happily satisfied for the day. Loved having that touch of green in the bagel and the size of the omelet did not disappoint! 10/10 I'm coming back again!“

“This was an amazing experience! The barista was wonderful (wish I’d gotten his name). He was patient while I made my decision and offered great advice on a selection. The coffee, while just black, was amazing in flavor. To my surprise they offer free ice water in both still and sparkling and copper cups to boot! “I’ve been so excited for a Dutch Bros near me! I had their iced vanilla protein coffee and it was great! It’s hard to find a protein product that doesn’t have a strong aftertaste, and this was delicious. They have a very efficient drive thru, with 2 lanes. Quick service, and the staff is very friendly!“

“Shibam Coffee was a pleasant surprise. The space is cozy and stylish, with warm lighting, sculpted walls and a subtle Arabian influence that feels authentic instead of heavy-handed. I asked for their best seller and the barista suggested the Shibam Latte, their signature made with Yemeni spices. The flavor was completely different from a standard latte, richer and more aromatic, the kind of cup you actually remember. I paired it with their honeycomb and the cream cheese filled dough balls topped with honey. Both were fresh, not overly sweet, and matched the drink perfectly.

If you are anywhere near Richardson, TX, visit with confidence. The quality, the flavors and the atmosphere all line up. This is the spot for trying something outside the usual coffee routine.“

“If you are interested in a co-working space, I would highly recommend Communion! They have a unique, cozy coffee shop along with a separate large area for co-working. I was there for a business meeting and Crandell was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The work space was quiet and comfortable. Also, the staff in the coffee shop are extremely knowledgeable and as a bonus- allergy friendly. They definitely accomplished their goal of having a community type feel.
