“My husband and I tried the new Arwa Yemeni Coffee House today. The setting is so beautifully done and shares some of the Yemen's country and culture. We tasted the Sample + Treats. The coffee and teas were very delicious and flavorful. We were a bit confused by the setup like coffee, tea, coffee, and tea. The gentleman said the one was red tea but had milk in it so we didn't understand which was which. Labels might help. We are not too familiar with Yemen and their culture except what we have seen on Itchy Boots (youtube) so this was a nice treat! Definitely already planning our next brunch date with Arwa 🥰“

“Chill vibes, live music but not as jazzy as I thought it would be for a jazz bar. It sounded like the music you hear at Chipotle. Regardless, it was nice. Lots of sitting space outside, with some games. Cocktails were on point and my party had a great night.

“This was an amazing experience! The barista was wonderful (wish I’d gotten his name). He was patient while I made my decision and offered great advice on a selection. The coffee, while just black, was amazing in flavor. To my surprise they offer free ice water in both still and sparkling and copper cups to boot! The decor is a fun, shabby-chic and the vibe is welcoming, warm and friendly. I can’t wait to go back next time I’m in town!“

“Definitely a little whole in the wall shop. The first thing you walk into is a motorcycle staged by the door and chalk work along the wall behind it. There's different styles of seating, and probably because of the time of day, there was plenty of seating. I got a classic white chocolate mocha, and it was deliciously rich. Paired it with an omelet bagel, and I know I will be happily satisfied for the day. Loved having that touch of green in the bagel and the size of the omelet did not disappoint! 10/10 I'm coming back again!“

“EVERYTHING about this pace was top notch. You’d think John Taffer from Bar Rescue had been here before. Service - friendly, prompt, informative. Vibe - a whole vibe. The singer during brunch, Rebecca Dena has an angel’s voice. We never felt rushed, got great recommendations on the menu and felt welcome and appreciated the whole time. Our server, Coco, was beyond amazing. As a business owner myself I’d try to steal her away if I didn’t know she and the owners are family. You can tell when management cares - when owners are present and care. This will be a staple every time I visit Dallas. Had the chicken and waffles and my greedy cousin (lol) had the Rasta Pasta and some special velvet waffle. All excellent choices. I’m a fan. 5 stars.“

“I visited here today and loved it! The staff is so friendly and inviting. They help explain the drink’s ingredients, and different options on how you can have your food or drinks (if you’re a newbie like I am). My pistachio latte and the honeycomb bread were AMAZING. The coffee shop itself was clean and very beautiful on the inside. I 100% recommend and will be visiting again.“

“If you are interested in a co-working space, I would highly recommend Communion! They have a unique, cozy coffee shop along with a separate large area for co-working. I was there for a business meeting and Crandell was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The work space was quiet and comfortable. Also, the staff in the coffee shop are extremely knowledgeable and as a bonus- allergy friendly. They definitely accomplished their goal of having a community type feel. Go support this local business!“

“Have come her many times before work and always get good service the blonde girl Nayeli is very sweet and makes me laugh even at seven am only complaint would be when the lines long things are messy but overall great service and drinks the girl recommended the nitro and asked what flavors I like and made me a good order that gives me a good boost!“

“I love houndstooth! They're a chain (small) that always serves the freshest coffee and has a large selection of beans from Tweed - a local roaster. Their food selection is quite limited, but there are a lot of restaurants around it if that's what you want. Their coffee is their main event, especially their espresso, though their matcha is great too. I would always recommend paying the extra 50¢ for their single origin espresso, but maybe that's just me!
They also have a LOT of seating, indoor and outdoor. They have a seating area separate from the shop, so there is very little noise there (genius)!“

“I’ve been so excited for a Dutch Bros near me! I had their iced vanilla protein coffee and it was great! It’s hard to find a protein product that doesn’t have a strong aftertaste, and this was delicious. They have a very efficient drive thru, with 2 lanes. Quick service, and the staff is very friendly!“

“Westside Coffee is one of those neighborhood gems that feels instantly comfortable. The coffee is smooth and well-prepared—no burnt shots, no shortcuts—and the menu has enough variety without being overwhelming. Staff are friendly in that genuine way that makes you want to come back, and the space has plenty of light and room to sit with a laptop or just relax. Prices are fair, the vibe is relaxed, and it’s the kind of place that can easily become a regular stop.“

“I've been ordering whole bean (delivery) from White Rock for close to a year now. I grind my own beans at home for espresso, pour-over, drip, and the occasional overnight cold brew. Their beans always arrive promptly, recently roasted, and in good condition. Very tasty (northern italian espresso is my favorite) product and the staff answered questions I had when trying to settle on a selection. Highly recommend.“
