“This place has all the Mexican treats you love. Churros, agua frescas, ice cream, mangonadas, and lots more. They have board games to play, the staff is very sweet and helpful. The popsicles are delicious! Glad we found this place because I like supporting small family businesses. Great alternative to chain fast food 🫶“
“12/4/25 4:30pm.. I just tried the beef burrito and super nachos. I think they both could had a little more beef and cheese but it was still very delicious. I should have taken a picture before i hav eaten both. Maybe next time. Im definitely going back.“

“I recently visited Dairy Queen in Alvarado, and I was incredibly impressed by the entire experience. The chicken finger basket was cooked to perfection – the chicken and fries were delicious, and the gravy was excellent.
The lobby was immaculate and spotless; it's clear this location is exceptionally well-maintained and has a sophisticated, welcoming look. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with utmost kindness and respect. The service was incredibly fast, taking maybe only two minutes, yet without compromising on quality. You can truly feel the dedication of the management and staff here.
Beyond the excellent food and service, I deeply appreciate that this Dairy Queen provides a free kids meal with the purchase of a combo on Mondays. This is a special that is done in Johnson county (Cleburne, Alvarado,Joshuaand etc) and is subject to change my location and availability in the future. This policy truly reflects a people-first and child-friendly attitude, demonstrating a genuine commitment to the community.

“Shout out to Alyssa the manager at sonic on main! I went for a strange request. My Father has Alzheimer’s and has stopped eating. However, if I bring him sonic he’ll eat! The staff in memory care suggested getting the bags, French cups, and drinking cups to put his meals in as to possibly prevent more medication! I was willing to PAY FOR IT! Alyssa was very kind and gave us 20 sets!!! To the franchisee, keep this lady!!! Also wanted to let Midlothian know how truly caring your staff is!!! Thank you Alyssa!!! P.S. she also brought out dome lids for the cups I forgot to ask her for!!! That’s why we love living in a “SMALL TOWN” we take care of each other! Most people can’t spell where we live, much less understand what a SMALL TOWN” really is. Thanks again Alyssa!“

“So we got the Dubai chocolate, chocolate chip, snickerdoodle, double chocolate chip, oatmeal rasin, oatmeal chocolate chip, a chocolate brownie and a salted caramel blondie. All. Of. Them. are good! They are fresh and delicious. They put the perfect amount of creme filling in the middle of the Dubai chocolate cookies. Some of the topping did fall of the top so be careful taking that first bite! I have zero complaints. The smell of the shop had me so ready to try the cookies! The packaging is too cute. They also have different packaging options for multiple occasions! A dozen of these would make a great present for anyone who is a fan of cookies/sweets! Thanks Tiff 😊“
