“I’ve been here a few times now. The service is always pretty good. I like the atmosphere. Their decor is nice, I like their light fixtures, and the bar/sushi prep station looks nice. The chips that they give upon seating is really cool, never seen another sushi place do that. Their miso soup is the most Mid soup I’ve ever had, I don’t understand the reviews that praise the miso soup, it’s not good. The sushi however is quite good. Most often when coming here my girlfriend and I will get a special roll each, and sometimes a regular roll to split, usually that’s plenty of food for the both of us without breaking the bank. Of the special rolls some of our favorites are the Texas roll, dynamite roll, and dancing eel roll. All of which are tasty, filling, and presented well.“

“We went to Twisted Root for dinner but ended up asking for a refund as it was terrible. However, we still wanted a burger so i googled burger joints near me and this came up. Holy cow was it amazing! Bacon was nice and crispy and the fries are the bomb!“

“Breakfast (my meal) was good except the toast was tough (in other words, left out to long after toasting). Lunch, my wife's order, was really bad. Obviously under cooked (or off brand canned) black eye peas, dry mashed potatoes. I recommend breakfast with a couple modifications, but not lunch/dinner. Server (Mark) was friendly and attentive.“

“I have eaten at this Taqueria 3 days in a row. The Shrimp quesadilla is juicy and delicious, I am craving it often. I can't wait to be back for another dinner under the wisteria in bloom. The service was outstanding, and the outdoor patio was very pleasing as well in the spring. Highly recommended if you are in Midlothian.“

“We had dinner at Lone Star on Wednesday, 11/27. The pizzas and cheesy bread sticks were delicious! But the atmosphere was over the top awesome. Lone Star was completely decorated for Christmas. The grandkids, parents, grandparents and great grandparents loved all of the decorations, from the ceiling to the floor, every inch of every wall. Really put you in the Christmas spirit. I highly recommend taking your kids and grandkids for pizza during the Christmas holidays!!“

Customer service was excellent during delivery. Our family orders regularly from Marco’s Pizza and will continue to do so!

“I'm from harlingen Texas the far south , I frequently visit Mexico quite a bit and I have to say that since living up in North Texas in dfw I miss home sometimes and this place feels like home. The food is some of the best legit Mexican food I have had in a long time. I drive about 45 minutes just to eat here it is that good ? the atmosphere is home. Eat some al pastor tacos ? they are so good. I give this place , its service and it's employees ?????“

“Burgers are made as/after you order them so get comfy because this isn't McDonald's. Food is great though and fries and onion rings were tasty.

One of the bathrooms was out of order and the fallback bathroom had a bad lock so while that didn't effect the taste of the food, we were mildly miffed.“

I mean, even a blind person could see this. It's bad. And spider webs everywhere, so yea dust everywhere as well. The floor and tables were clean, though, which is most important, but the booth we were sitting in the wall was horrible. I do not expect everything to be spotless, considering it's a small home like place and not overpriced. But I am picky with the bathroom. The door was so dirty. But anyways.. You want something close to your mom's kitchen. This is the place.“
