“customer service is appalling and even more horrific that the person I dealt with the general manager . my experience started at the drive thru and she couldn't hear me . I tried 3 times to give her my order but no success. I decided instead to drive up and order at the window so the employee wouldn't go thru the trouble of figuring out my order . I was greated by an African American lady perhaps in her fifties or sixties and was extremely aggressive and condescending. she was upset I drove up to the window like if I just broken a rule . she began a shouting and making sure to tell me I was in the wrong place to order . I wasn't. she even told me she couldn't take my order at the window suggesting to go back to the intercom, unbelievable!! I order at this location before during my lunch breaks . I work for United states Postal Service and never I have been so embarrassed on a lunch break . I redirected her to take my order multiple times but she instead insisted to reprehend me. she was out there to humiliate me . she refuse to give me her customer service number and also brave enough to say her owner didn't have time for me . just to leave my number and maybe he would call me. I would never recommend to do business at this location or any location that an owner allows his management degrade a federal employee..“

“I lived in this Westside area 28 years, almost daily drove down 36th St or Commerce, saw this place, but from the street, it ALWAYS looked closed. Little did I know, I missed out on some the best barbacoa, tamales, and tacos on the Westside!! Few weeks before, we had barbacoa and tamales that was so mouth watering good, second visit ordered tacos. I like potatoes and bacon, and they did not disappoint. Potatoes were crispy, bacon perfect, and dammit those tortillas are fantastic. Magy, I'm sorry I never was able to partake in your fabulous food before, I was a fool for not checking this out !“

“First Time at Chick-fil-A – Sauce Overload!

I finally stepped into Chick-fil-A for the first time for lunch, and I have to say...it was a great experience! The atmosphere was super friendly, and the staff was incredibly welcoming. One thing that caught me off guard, though, was the sheer number of sauces to choose from. I was not prepared for that level of decision-making, haha.
When I politely declined any sauce, the cashier quite frankly yelled, "WHAT! NO CHIC-FIL-A SAUCE?!" I felt compelled to choose one... anyone just one, haha.
The food itself was solid & classic, fresh, and definitely lived up to the hype. But what really stood out was the service. You don’t always walk into a fast-food place and feel like the employees actually enjoy their job, but here, the positive vibes were everywhere.
Overall, I’ll definitely be coming back... well, mainly to work my way through the rest of the sauces! If you’ve never been before, just be ready to make some tough sauce decisions or be yelled at! Haha“

“This location does not have a drive thru but still great for pick up only. Though the parking lot layout is a bit strange there are plenty of parking spots for normal business traffic.

The kitchen appears to be clean and the front waiting area feels a little dated.
A little love to the front would make the waiting experience a bit more pleasing but the food never disappoints.“

Drive thru was fast, order was correct, breading/skin on chicken was crunchy, chicken was hot and juicy, bread was SO soft, tea was cold and sweet and not too sweet like some places ?

My son got the spicy chicken sandwich and said it was better than he expected. I can tell you tho that bun was the exact texture of the roll and looked good!

The location is very convenient for us so we will definitely make this a regular go-to!!“
