Chick-fil-A in Waco

“I got up and ordered like a bunch of times and Jacob kept having to come deliver food to my table while taking orders and manning the whole front of house like a BOSS. Also, just seems like a chill guy.
Below, I’ve selected that this location is suitable for all group sizes. But that’s ONLY because Jacob is the goat.

“Honestly we came to the mall to make a build a bear on my sons birthday but this was all he could talk about. I wish we got the gentleman’s name but he honestly was such a kind soul and my son talked about this until he went to sleep. And I’m sure I will hear about it every time we go to the mall.“

“Consistent food quality and service at this location! Our favorite, easy breakfast spot. And this morning, I was so impressed with Jordan. He went to refill my hot coffee, but came back to apologize since it would be 4-5 minutes for fresh coffee. I declined to wait, but he quickly offered to get me another drink of my choice. I asked him "Even an iced coffee?" Yep, no problem and thank you, Jordan for great service!“

“A rarity for a chick fil a but due to excessive wait at drive through I had to discount them on the service rating. My total wait time from pull up to pull off was about 25 minutes and we just got 2 drinks. The staff was friendly as usual from the 2 staff members standing out at at the hot drive through (98 degrees this day) to the staff delivering beverages. Many cars waiting in line at order point and then again at pick up. To their credit there was a lane for app orders which moved rather quickly. Once you are in the direct order lane and within 4 to 5th vehical in queue you are more or less a captive audience and tricky to change lanes to app orders which. Our order as the flavorful selection we expected but a once off on delivery.“
