“We were in town for a wedding for the weekend of 9/13-16, and visited this CFA 3x! 2x for breakfast and 1x on the way out of town for lunch. Each time we could understand the young lady on breakfast (y'all are back?? She was super cute), that's a plus. She greeted us with a smile and an extra mini-pack (getting close to lunch I guess). A young man that handled our lunch order - chatty and happy. Clarity of speech is SO IMPORTANT especially for drive-thru windows close to major streets and/or highways. Orders were correct and they remembered napkins! HUGE PLUS! They were busy-busy too, and our food was prepped in a timely manner! Another great experience at a CFA.“

“We stopped by today 7/4 around 11am and a nice young man had let us know the grill wasn't up at the moment, but should be in about 15 minutes, and all of the other food was available. We opted to wait and I'm so glad we did. Everything we had was so good, fries, cheeseburgers, tenders, and sundaes! The place was clean including the restrooms. The young man, light complected, blonde(?) hair, was super helpful and wanted to give him a shout out for our first impression of Freddy's, we will be back! (Koda, per the receipt, thank you!!)“

“First off saying canes is always fast, always gets me in and out. Staff at the drive through was nice today. But after working a double, I’m ready to pick up my food and go home and eat. Raising Canes isn’t cheap. Today’s food was not great fries didn’t seem fresh and the tenders were extremely small for the price paid. My daughters was the same way and she was upset cause she loves her some canes!“

“We took advantage of kids eat free on Sundays at this location, and what a great experience we had. Staff was so accommodating of my son’s allergy needs (needing to avoid eggs and garlic) and the food was delicious! The high chairs provided even had a three point harness for our 18 month old (if you know, you know!! 🤪) Would definitely return next time we’re passing through Waco.“

“Was in the area for a car meet, so I decided to give it a shot. First off, it's shocking how cheap the food is. The bathrooms and interior of the restaurant is pretty clean too

I ordered two junkyard dogs, using a coupon that made it $4 and some change. Food came out quick and was pretty fresh.

The food was delicious, with the fries, chili, caramelized onions and mustard, made it a perfect blend of flavor.

“We stopped here soon after opening and was greeted and taken care of by a sweet gal named Jasmine! She was running the store by herself with a smile on her face too! Best chicken tenders we’ve ever had at Golden Chick, very clean eating area and bathrooms. This will be our new Waco pit stop when driving through.“

The manager Kelsey and the drive through lady Crystal are extremely rude and they lie about being rude to the customers. “Another accidental find (my favorite)! We saw this place on a drive & knew it was going to be good when we saw a large crew of workers ordering. We ordered the half chicken & tacos & first bite we were hooked! The tortillas are fresh made by hand there & the salsa is amazing! The menu is extensive and has something for everyone even kids. I read a review that service is bad & I 100% DISAGREE with that. The lady that helped us was kind and welcoming. Kindness reciprocates kindness. Will be back next time we are in town.“

I came into this location for the second time since y’all opened a year ago. The first experience a year ago was horrific. Tonight when I got off work I said “I am going to give this Subway another chance” so I stopped and am 100% satisfied x a billion w the steadfast professionalism of Terrance Bachman !! The store is a reflection of his work ethic and should be very valued by the higher ups. He has turned this store around since my last time being here. His mannerism and communication skills are impeccable and he is the reason the store shines just as good as the floors do. Absolutely spotless - he wore his gloves - he asked us how we wanted our sandwich vs telling us what we should eat ! This young man is the beacon of light here and I’m telling everybody to come to this Subway location off of 19th St in Waco, TX !! And to Terrance, you will always make your mark wherever you go, because good people know good people ! your energy is spot on and any company would be happy to have you as a part of their team !! “Very confusing layout, with no clear line for the kiosks. The kiosks themselves work really well, especially so you can make sure you don’t spend too much for a sic ‘em swipe. The food was decent; not the best Chick-fil-A I’ve ever had, but still good. The service wasn’t great. After my food was ready, I waited five minutes before getting my drink. I had to go up to the counter and ask for it, and the guy was unfriendly and distracted while speaking to me.“

“A rarity for a chick fil a but due to excessive wait at drive through I had to discount them on the service rating. My total wait time from pull up to pull off was about 25 minutes and we just got 2 drinks. The staff was friendly as usual from the 2 staff members standing out at at the hot drive through (98 degrees this day) to the staff delivering beverages. Many cars waiting in line at order point and then again at pick up. To their credit there was a lane for app orders which moved rather quickly. Once you are in the direct order lane and within 4 to 5th vehical in queue you are more or less a captive audience and tricky to change lanes to app orders which. Our order as the flavorful selection we expected but a once off on delivery.“

The women's bathroom looked horrible, it was filthy, looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks.

“I absolutely love Subway and the staff at lunchtime on LaSalle. Bryce, the manager, has a delightful personality that has cheered me up many times and I'm sure he doesn't know it. I was a daily customer for a little while then stopped. When I returned, he remembered me asking where I had been and how I was while making sandwiches. I got to make him laugh for a change when I said my boss said I could leave my cage for lunch again. Lmbo. Thanks Bryce for brightening my days this past year...it's been a hard one for me but when I got to get subway for lunch, you made it a little better.

Parking: Parking is shared with 2 other businesses and can be hard to find a spot during lunch as students from Baylor as well as employees from surrounding businesses eat here.“
